Your product can be the world's best, but if the service is lacking, you'll soon be out of business. Cold Stone is just 1/4 mile away and their portions are always filled (many times, it's hard to close the lid) and I've never been shorted. I've purposely left off the employee's name as it's not my intention to disparage her; only to give the owner the opportunity to use this experience to train their employees on how to correct errors.

What happened to this restaurant? They used to have waiters and people to check to see if we needed anything. We had to bus our own table today!
