My detailed review with PROS & CONS to the NEW Studio. Unfortunately, the list of CONS outweigh the pros! Here are my personal thoughts before you dive into and commit to an overpriced experience. The new studio opened up on Dec 26th, 2025 proudly announcing their addition of the ONEformer machines which are the Pilates Reformer Machines. Unfortunately, these machines are NOT included in their Yoga Memberships or Unlimited Membership rather they are an additional cost to already exorbitant membership fees. While the new studio is brand new & very modern looking, it really doesn't justify the costs they put into building it which are essentially passed on to their loyal long-term members by increasing their annual fee & high membership rates for new members in an attempt to recover their building costs. The lobby is meant to give a WOW impression when you walk in however it is ridiculously & unnecessarily large. More thought should have been put into making their yoga rooms bigger since that is what the members are paying for & where they will be spending their time. The 1st Yoga Room (the larger one) is located directly behind the lobby which has a very narrow standing area which leads from the lobby to the double doors of that yoga room. Unfortunately, it doesn't leave room for members that will be finishing that class & need to exit only to be dripping their sweat on the way out & rub their sweaty elbows onto those who are waiting for the next class. Also unfortunate is the room has no windows or extra doors to air out the room after a class has finished leaving a very unwelcoming scent to enter into to set up for your next class. The 2nd Yoga room (the smaller one) is located to the right of the lobby off a very long arched fancy hallway that leads to the bathrooms which are all the way in the very far back of the building. This room is mainly used for any classes w/o weights such as; Hot 26 (fka as Bikram), Hot Pilates w/o weights, Vinyasa, Gentle & Restorative. This room is also down a very narrow hallway which is right next to the large yoga room. When the large yoga room is playing loud music, unfortunately you can hear (if not feel) the thumping of the bass while trying to meditate in the classes offered in the small room at the same time. This is definitely a bad design! In all honesty, the small room location is where the bathrooms/showers should have been placed to offer a buffer of sounds between yoga rooms & for members to have closer access to run to while in a class. The smaller yoga room should have been designed to be in the back of the building for the zen quieter experience. The 3rd room is their smallest room which is the Reformer room. This is located to the right of the lobby area , down the hallway located directly behind the front desk. This room only fits 20 reformers. Classes are only 45 minutes each & are NOT included in yoga membership which cost extra! As for the bathroom area, the owners decided on having gender neutral private showers & bath stalls. While this may sound like an upgrade, it was definitely a massive downgrade from their previous studio making it undesirable & most disturbing what appears to become a really large sanitary issue going forward. There are only 6 shower stalls. Definitely not enough when classes can have over 50 people in attendance or more with multiple classes going at the same time. Men & Women need to remain in their sweaty clothes congregating in a line waiting patiently for 1 of the 6 shower stalls to open up. When 1 member is done with their shower, they still occupy the area longer as they have to dry off & get dressed in their shower stall before opening it up for the next member to use. There is NO cleaning crew to clean in between each member's use! From personal experience, I went into a shower right after one member had exited the stall only to find lots of water all over the stall floor along with a bunch of hair. In the shower there were even small hairs either from shaving legs, face or private areas. Quite disgusting honestly & members will need shower sandals to shower there or just go home instead. The floors down the hallway to the shower stalls had standing water from all the 6 showers being in use & members still walking out dripping themselves dry. The mirrored vanity area is also located where members need to stand in line waiting for showers. Not the most comfortable situation where you are standing all clean trying to get ready while the sweaty members are just standing right behind you. Definitely a big downside in comparison to their previous studio where there were separate men & women bathrooms. This definitely eliminated the socialization where women members can easily hold conversations while getting ready doing hair & makeup in just their undergarments. Maybe the owners just want the members to leave instead of sticking around in hopes to reduce their water bill?

Absolutely amazing pilates/yoga studio. All of the instructors and staff are the BEST! The schedule has so many different styles of classes ranging from Hot Pilates to Gentle yoga. There is a class for everyone here! I love the YogaSource community it is so welcoming The new location is beautiful!! They recently added the OneFormer program which is a the best addition to this great studio! I truly look forward to every class I take at YogaSource! They have amazing new student specials such as 2 OneFormer classes for $29 as well as 3 weeks of unlimited mat classes for $69 for new students

New favorite Pilates studio! I was introduced to it by my cousin's gf, who recently became an…read moreinstructor (s/o to Paris--go take her classes!). What stood out to me was how spacious and aesthetically pleasing the studio is. It gives total "Pilates princess" vibes, and the instructors are so friendly and welcoming. With about 12 reformers, the class size feels intimate, and the instructors do a great job walking around to help correct form and technique. The upbeat, popular music they play adds a motivating energy that makes those tough exercises more bearable! Plus, the reformers are wiped down after each class, and the calming scent in the studio is such a nice touch. What really sets this studio apart from others is that they also offer weight training and HIIT classes which is located next door. If you're looking to mix things up with other forms of exercise, this is the perfect place to do it! Classes are booked through their app, where you can even select your preferred spot. That said, it's a good idea to arrive about 10 minutes early to secure the spot you want. I'd definitely recommend this studio to anyone looking to start or continue their Pilates journey--it's the perfect mix of style, comfort, and variety!

Let's just get to it--I was looking for a studio with comfortable vibes, knowledgeable instructors…read morewho could cue anatomical points accurately for physical form improvement, and a studio that actually utilized the reformer with legitimate pilates exercises (e.g. not a place to just do lunges on the machine as warm up, then feet in straps for cooldown--I'm not going to say studio names). I know this sounds like a lot to ask, but I experience this at my local studio and I was looking for this in the Bay Area when I visit family, so I wanted to believe a studio like this existed up here... AND IT DID--RIGHT HERE!!! I actually really liked the 2fer intro package as it allowed 2 different opportunities to try diff teachers and to see if the 2nd time was equally as good (or worse?) than my 1st visit...and both times were equally exceptional. Both teachers (Jessica, Hannah) asked if I was new as I was not a familiar face and ensured to monitor and assist me throughout the class, and yes they were indeed accountable for their words. The instructors also do a great job managing the room by walking and demo'ing each movement wherever the majority of the class is facing forward. The curriculum itself never felt like a cookie cutter robotic template the instructors were reciting off the top of their head. The pilates exercises were very diverse and we utilized the machine from all possible angles. Lastly I was fortunate to speak w/ one of the owners on the phone before my first visit to get a feel for the studio. He was very friendly and helpful with information to know before my first visit, and it truly helped prepare me to have a positive first visit experience.

It is important that I cultivate the Pilates Habit! as I have some fragile bones in my hip, an issue with balance, and for sure poor posture from fifteen years of writing at my computer. I am now conscious of my posture while at the computer, practice expanding my breathing most every day and squeeze my core muscles when I am walking. I find Grace in be a daily presence in my life as she inspires me to practice what she is teaching.. Every time I work with Grace, she is positive, warm, and consistent in teaching exercises to help with my issues. Grace is a great teacher as she can key into what works to help you learn. I have found her to be an amazing Pilates teacher with physical therapy skills. Grace is 100% focused on delivering a service and does not push sessions on you. Each time I take home my list of exercise which help me in my practice. Due to the fact I have deadlines on my book, she has been flexible with my Pilates schedule. Grace is skilled at adding in just enough to improve my routine but does not overdo it. I think Grace is one of the best Pilates teachers in the area and my MD is thrilled I'm making progress with the pain issues. I overdid it weight lifting but am now back to normal thanks to Grace!! The final benefit of working with Grace is that you get to work in a private room and can focus because there aren't other people around. I recently completed physical therapy for my neck and back and I wanted to get back into doing pilates to work on my core more + continue stretching out my neck and back. I also felt like getting a membership here was cheaper than what I was paying for PT so I feel it's so worth. They had a deal for unlimited classes (31 classes) for $149 I believe, and it's such an amazing offer, especially if you're going to be consistent with going and making use of your credits. The instructors are so lovely and I haven't encountered any issues with anyone there. Stacey and Annie are my favorite instructors. They care so much about your form and your comfort, which I appreciate so so much. I haven't been there long enough yet to experience the other instructors more than once yet, but the experiences I've had have all been wonderful and positive!
