I visited here using ClassPass and loved my experience. I was warmly greeted and shown the space. It was clear most people there are regulars, but the manager and class instructor did an excellent job of making me feel like a part of the group. I participated in a hot candlelit yoga class and it was hot! The vibes were nice, it seems like pump essential oils through the room so it still smells pleasant even though it is so warm. Also, it was in the evening and was a great mix of stretching, moving, and slowing down at the end of the class. I hope to stop in again! read more

YogaSix is such a fun, incredible workout experience! The Y6 Sculpt & Flow combines a perfect mix of yoga and strength training. I always get an amazing workout when I visit this studio! Heidi is an incredible instructor and always has a welcoming smile on her face. YogaSix has a wide range of props and weights that are utilized in class. Whether you are a first timer or seasoned veteran, the instructors are always encouraging, motivating and provide helpful modifications, if needed. I love that this studio is conveniently located in Bridge Park. There is always parking and a restaurant or coffee shop nearby that you can visit before or after class! The Y6 Restore class were the perfect elements of a great instructor, fun yet relaxing music, mood lighting, a heated room and the perfect poses to stretch my tight muscles and ease an anxious mind. I went to this yoga studio with my daughter on her birthday. It's been 30 years since I did yoga! It was a very good experience! We went to the candlelight class and I felt great afterwards! The studio is very nice and the staff is very professional. The class was very laid back and I didn't feel intimidated at all! Our instructor, Jen was very helpful and not pushy. Very accommodating for this novice! She helped with modifying the poses for me. It was a little pricey for the one session, $25 for the hour, but it made me consider getting a package, which makes the sessions more affordable. That's the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars! read more

Fun and welcoming place. The staff from the instructor to the front desk staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable during my first visit. They provide blocks, bands and straps and weights based on what you need for class. I also recommend reading the description of each of the classes. I did and it helped narrow it down to two that I feel I could handle. read more

The front desk staff was very welcoming, sweet and knowledgeable, and she took the time to show me around the studio. The class was great and I could tell there were regulars. The instructor was really knowledgeable and friendly. The studio felt modern, it is well decorated, and they have a water station which was pretty convenient :) It is in an excellent location too! I joined Yoga 6 during the pandemic and have attended both virtual and in person classes. I think they have a nice mix of classes in the rotation and the teachers are top notch. The Yoga 6 hot class is a predictable flow that is challenging but very doable. The studio is staffed by friend staff and teachers, feels very modern but still welcoming. I've been doing yoga for years and been to a lot of studios. I really enjoy what Dublin Yoga 6 has going on. read more

Really great yoga experience to be had here! I went on a whim since I was in town for a few days and didn't want to break my weekly "flow," (haha, see what I did there?). I'm huge on vibes, and I wasn't sure what to expect being that it's in the shiny, new BridgePark area, however, staff was very welcoming and friendly. In class, there was a nice bit of camaraderie among students (i.e., no one was on any super yogi ego trippin' energy) so that was refreshing. I took the hot yoga and enjoyed instructor, Emily O. She had great energy with a perfect music-to-mic balance so I didn't have to strain to hear her instructions. She gave us plenty of intensity along with a few breaths for "do what you like" free flow. The space is bright with natural light and very clean, and I appreciated the dim lighting in the yoga room. This will definitely be my go-to yoga spot when in town. read more

This studio is absolutely wonderful. I was a yoga teacher in California that just moved here and was so impressed by the things YogaSix Dublin does, that we didn't. I wanted to take notes back to my colleagues. The studio is clean. Teachers are attentive, each with their unique spin on sequencing. Definitely try everyone out. The room has lights and a great sound system that sets unprecedented ambiance. And I loved how welcoming they were my first time. Yoga Six is an awesome studio. From the second you walk on, being greeted then heading into the studio everything in top notch. Instructors make class challenging but offer modifications to meet your body. Chan has great music and given gentle corrections, she's amazing! All the instructors are very knowledgable, providing appropriate guidance to avoid injury as well as deepen confidence in your practice. I am also a member at Lifetime, have attended their yoga classes, but find I need more guidance, which is provided at YogaSix. I am on my third week of classes and I have been LOVING it. The 101 class was a great introduction to yoga. Currently, my favorite classes are the hot classes and the sculpt and flow.
