I really enjoyed my time at YoBa Studio. It's quaint, inviting and the staff is amazing. I've experienced 2 different instructors and both were patient & encouraging, I even cried in one of the sessions because that particular practice resonated with me so much. The studio is very clean. The bathroom was in impeccable shape. They offer some amazing products for cleaning up too one in particular that caught my eye was the Indie Lee Product. I didn't bring a mat but I was able to us one of theirs, the fee is $2. They offer a wide variety of drinks and I heard someone raving about the coconut water. Signing in is easy and quick. You just find your name and press check in. The cubbies are in the front and they lock the doors during a session to ensure safety of your things. Overall the studio, class instructors and staff are amazing. Such an amazing place to do yoga in Raleigh. Ps, there is plenty of parking too.

I first started going when they first opened and had to take a break due to work schedule etc. I recently joined back and it was like I never left. Instructors remembered my name and for those who didn't know me, quickly introduced themselves and made me feel right at home. I was blown away on how quickly everyone remembers your name.. it's a small thing.. but to me it, it made a world of difference. It's proof they truly do care about getting to know their community. I signed up for the yearly unlimited pass and could not be happier with all of the classes they offer. They have been extremely safe during covid, making sure everyone wears masks. The studio is super clean and they offer hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. If you're wanting to be a part of a local Yoga community that you're always welcome in, look no further. Now more than ever we need to support local businesses and this one has been top on my list! Thank you YoBa!

Beautiful studio where you can get your hot yoga on…read more Jana was an excellent instructor for our class of 30 or so which included many new to hot yoga. She watched everyone and made sure that no one fainted. The temperature was a sweaty 103 degrees. It felt amazing and everyone was dripping with sweat. The background music was wonderfully invigorating and, combined with Jana's encouraging words, I almost felt that I could twist myself into some of the poses even when I couldn't. I enjoyed watching as a few held their entire body weight on one arm and twisted the rest of their body into a pose and held it. Wowsa, Herculean Yoga-ites. As I lay flat on my back, eyes closed and feeling good about surviving this hour long class, I felt a fabulously ice-cold towel placed on my hand. I immediately placed it on my face and breathed the soothing aroma of lavender as the towel instantly cooled my sweaty face. Heavenly. There are a few changing rooms with curtains and several cubbyholes where you can put your stuff and mats are available to rent for $2. Overall, a beautiful studio for hot yoga.

The line up of teachers is absolutely amazing, having almost all my favorite instructors in the same place is awesome. They have a ton of workshops booked up, and I signed up for an arm balance class coming up. They have the cheapest drop in rate in town at $13. There are plenty of mats to rent for $2 if you don't have you're own. They also offer water, and coconut water to purchase. The studio is beautiful, obviously it's brand new so it definitely has a lot of perks. The heat wasn't too much and I think they are still working on the temp but it felt good and it's not stuffy at all. I took a class with Meg tonight and really enjoyed the 75min flow. There is a parking lot and they are right next to House of Hops on Glenwood Ave. So sad this studio wasn't open when I lived on this side of town, but I plan on making the drive and coming back again soon.
