I took a free demo class and was drawn right in with an "I can do this" feeling. And I'm doing it indeed! The reformer really makes a difference. Love that they have a variety of classes, different levels and different styles. After working all day, to come here and do a 50 minute class is as good (or better) stress relief than wine or a massage. (ikr?) Plus, it's energizing! When I come out of class, I would jog around the parking lot if the Sprouts & Bad Daddy's customers wouldn't think I was weird. Price-wise, it's not cheap (averages out to around $20) per class, but when you consider you're getting top-notch equipment, the expertise of excellent instructors, and endless health benefits, well it's a bargain!
