I recently went here with a large group of ladies and had the most fantastic experience. Williamson Wines recently bought this venue and have done an amazing job with the facility and the experience. We had their food and wine pairings and it was just delightful! We were hosted by Sam Williamson - what a delight - informative, darling and funny! Very strongly recommended!

If you have not gone to do a tasting here, you are missing out. The grounds are beautiful & relaxing. They have a very The owner Sam was super nice & friendly. Started off our tasting with the Adore rose, then Chantilly chardonnay, then Yoakim zin light, the Entice Cuvee, then Seduce & finished off with some sparkling shiraz. All wines are paired with cheeses and some with sauces that pair well with the wines. It makes a big difference to have them paired. They also do food pairings & even lunches here. We definitely will be back to try one of the food pairings. Prices are very reasonable and we loved everything we had.

Had the food and wine pairing. What a great experience. Kevin was very knowledgeable about each wine offered thought about what foods best fits it. My favorites were captivate and rapture. Hats off to Chef Tommy Stribling.

They don't just stop at wine!! They sell spices and cheese

Words cannot begin to describe why this place is amazing. From exceptional wine, great service, delicious foods, beautiful location. Every event Sam and the family put on is nothing but top notch. Every guest is treated like family. I've been a member for many years and never have I ever felt I was just a guest. If you haven't stopped by you should, you'll feel right at home. They put on several events throughout the year. We attended the lobster feed this last weekend. They had transportation, appetizers, non-stop wine, amazing food and dancing. This location particularly is breathtaking.

Amazing atmosphere! Beautiful venue and exceptional service and knowledgeable about the wines and food pairings! I didn't think I liked red wines until I tried the pairings there! Thanks to Kevin and Sam!!

Terrific wine and the 2009 is even better!

Of all the wineries we visited, this was our over all favorite. It's a very small tasting room and they're only open Friday - Sunday so you have to plan accordingly. It's just a husband and wife team with very small production and they run it all! It's pretty remarkable. NO WHITES; ALL REDS! They're all exquisitely crafted too. Very big and very delicious. Virginia has a crockpot of meatballs simmering with a delicious homemade zinfandel sauce to pair with the wine. It's available for purchase (and we did!) as well as their olive oil- but I don't think they do tastings of that. The 2009 Zin is drinking great right now and we all had to purchase a bottle because it was so fantastic. I highly recommend putting Yoakim Bridge on your list of wineries to visit- especially if you're a big red wine lover like we are!

Had an amazing experience at Yoakim Bridge, wine tasting with the best food pairings. As someone who has traveled all over the country to have the most personal experiences and best wine and food there is, I highly suggest Yoakim. Sam Williamson made sure we had an amazing experience. The Dry Creek Valley and Yoakim Bridge will not disappoint.

Charming Front Porch @ Yoakim

Best little secret that's not a secret. If there was one word: Charming. But there are more words: Big. Red. Wine. Food pairing. Rustic. No whites. No wimpy wines. Tiny, home-grown, estate wines. Husband and wife team. Not a single employee more. Olives. Grown and cured. No brine. $10 tasting. Waved with purchase. Zin to Merlot, Cab, Petite Syrah and Syrah. Big reds get huge. $36-38ish. Worth it. Not distributed. Not advertised. Only available for purchase at the cutest little front-porch on the corner of Dry Creek Road and Yoakim Bridge Road.

We've been in their wine club for years and their bottles are the most difficult to drink - no, not because of a problem with the wine - because David's wine is so amazingly delicious. We just want to lay them down and keep them forever. We usually save our Yoakim wines for big feasts and celebrations because they are such a treat. The zin sauce is a great gift but Virginia has raised the price so I don't buy it as much any more. What makes this place so special is the intimacy and smallness of it - I hope that will never change because it is a wonderful place for us to share with visitors in from out of town.

Yoakim Bridge zin's awaiting for you! Super while and after hot tubbin'!

We chose to drop in Marine Layer Wines. The tasting room is located in a very nice area in beautiful downtown Healdsburg across Healdsburg square. Parking is accessible all around the street and Healdsburg square. The modern decor was beautiful and bright. There were plenty of tables and couches to accommodate all different size parties. The vibe was inviting and family friendly. There was a cozy fireplace in the front as well. We ordered a glass of Lyra Pinot Noir and a glass of Aries Chardonnay. My Pinot Noir was smooth while the wifey's Chardonnay was crisp and refreshing. The wine was great quality. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Marine Layer Wines. The staff was nice and helpful. We appreciated the family friendly environment. It was nice to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Christmas, by relaxing with a nice glass of wine.

I made reservations for two adults and two young teenagers on a Tuesday morning and were the first guests to arrive that day. We were greeted with a welcome glass and were told they were setting up our table. That gave us enough time to do a couple of selfies and within minutes, we were escorted inside. Season Leef was our host/wine ambassador that morning and we loved her energy, attention to detail and how she treated us like we were members of the MacRostie Winery/family. She was more about understanding our palettes and pouring us what we gravitated towards to showcase the vast portfolio Heidi (winemaker) has been able to produce. Usually not a fan of Chardonnays but it was a neat experience tasting different variables and how each one is slightly different. We know we like Pinot Noirs so when we started diving into the reds, thats when we started figuring out what we liked. Ended up purchasing a bottle of their 2022 Nightwing Vineyard 828 Clone Pinot Noir :chefkiss: My two young teens are used to being at wineries with us so they're pretty good about keeping themselves occupied on their own (even with out devices). But, I really appreciated that Season brought over some paper and a pack of markers for them since they both still like to draw. Plus, we had a couple of good sessions of tic tac toe while we sipped and took our time. We had a great experience here thanks to Season! Seeing that they're dog friendly, we'll bring our 4 legged family member next time.

I forgot the exact experience that we chose, but it was $75 for each with wine and food included. You will get 4 wine tastings, for us it was 2 reds and 2 whites, and a charcuterie plate with cheese, salami, and seasonal fruits and crackers. Wine quality was great. The white wines had a clean and crisp taste with that bright acidity and mineral finish. The reds had a very deep grapefruit aromatic and earthy undertone. After we've done with wine tasting, they gave us a free piece of dark chocolate (super yummy) at the end for palate cleanser. Our server was really knowledgeable and attentive though, so service was nice. Overall a great spot if you stay cool! But okay, few things to watch out for. Make sure you make a reservation in advance cuz they were packed (reservations needed prepayment). Even though we had one, we still had to wait like 20 minutes before our table was ready. Also, definitely ask to sit inside in the summer!! We sat outside and there is no AC, it was so hot we couldn't fully enjoy the graveyard view, it's way too sweaty for the summer.

The winery fit right in and we loved the small location with the view of the vineyards. We booked a reservation for the Root 101 Wine & Food Pairing Experience. I've had cheese and cracker experiences in wine tasting before, but this experience was a stand out with their perfectly curated arrangements of small bites that paired so well with the wines we were presented. Having the food pairing with the wines really felt like it brought out an elevated level of wine tasting because most wine is enjoyed with food when you take it home. The team really worked hard to make sure this tasting was unique and we found each bite to hold its own experience. I've been to Walt Wines in Napa but this location was worth the drive and the experience! Peter hosted us and was very knowledgeable about the wines and the food - having a passion for both. We were very grateful to be paired with Peter for our tasting, he made it a great experience! I would highly recommend taking advantage of the food pairing experience as it helps the wines stand out and just offers something different to a typical wine tasting.
