We booked online for 2 appointments but never got confirmation. It appears the system is new and glitchy but they didn't have our appointment. For me going to get a pedicure is something I look forward to. As a mom of 5, this is a treat. Upon walking in I was met with a smell of cat urine. The employee in the store directed me to pick out a color. I'm sensitive to smell and never acclimated to the urine smell. All fine but it wasn't an experience I loved. So if you are looking for a quickie this is a good spot...but for $43.00 I like to have an experience.

My family, friends, and I have been coming to Pacific Nail Spa for years, so I'm really…read moredisappointed with how much the service has gone downhill. Almost every time we get acrylics or fills, we end up with cuts around our cuticles or underneath our nails. I went today and left with cuts on six fingers. I even saw blood on the drill after the tech went too far underneath my nail. Very little acrylic powder was used for my fill, and one nail already chipped the same day. Simple designs like French tips and stripes have also been disappointing, and for 80 dollars including a 10 dollar tip is too much considering my nails never match the pic I show the tech. Although everyone is very welcoming and friendly, my family and I won't be coming back due to the issues that seem to be happening each visit now rather than once in a blue moon.

I had a great pedicure and wish I got the name of the staff member who did it. He was awesome. I've also gotten Gel-X done twice, both by Jackie. I think she's hit or miss. The first time felt like she was rushing and it was a bit sloppy. The second time was much more relaxing and the result was better. The salon itself is clean enough and looks pretty modern. They have a lot of different color options too. The prices are a bit high in my opinion. Overall, a solid salon that I will likely go back to.

BEST customer service and most fantastic salon I have EVER used, and I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years! When Carol told me they were opening a new salon in CARY, I was so excited for them, and was more than willing to make the drive from Nashville, NC to Cary to continue having her as my nail stylist!!! SHE IS SO WORTH the hour drive! The salon is exceptionally beautiful, and clean, the staff there is welcoming, and goes out of their way to make your spa experience everything it should be - totally pampered! Carol is extremely talented and an amazing nail artist; there hasn't been anything I have asked for on my nails that she can't do! I have been getting the GEL X on my nails for the last 3 months, and while it may cost just a bit more, it is sooooooo totally worth it. My nails look as good 3-4 weeks later as they did the day I left the salon. I also tried out their eyelash extension service. I had never ever tried anything like that before. Carol was very skilled in this service, and the entire experience was relaxing, and the lashes turned out wonderful - and very natural looking. I will be a repeat customer for this service for sure! Like I said, I will make the hour drive every month to continue going to this salon. Worth every minute it takes to get there, and such a great experience! The place when i walked in was very clean and didn't have any nail or ammonia smell that some nail salons have. I had a regular basic mani/pedi which the service was great. cut, filed and cuticle care was great no roughness and left both my hands and feet nicely cleaned up; However, during the service I kept making it clear I did not want gel for i'm not a fan and prefer natural. I understand it is a business and gel is more money but I did not want that polish which ended up leaving the rest of the service a bit awkward. The polish job looked great but after 4 days it began to bubble, crack and one nail had the polish cleanly peel off. ( now I have used DND polish before and have gotten at least 2-3 weeks before i need another service. I'm not rough on my hands, use gloves when cleaning, and my nails are short) Luckily I had a similar polish at home and i was able to fix it. Maybe if I gotten the gels as it was being pushed during the service, they would have taken care of it better, but I definitely can tell it was a product issue for regular nails. If I decide to go back I would bring my own base/ top coat and polish with me....which kind of defeats the purpose.
