The crepe itself was great and looked good too, but the mango didn't taste as fresh as the strawberries. The ice cream also tasted a bit bland, like it was freezer burnt. You pay at the counter and receive your receipt with a number on it, then you wait for it to be called. They had a selection of boba and savory crepes that I would try out next time. Hubby and I were out to eat when he said he was craving for crepes for dessert. I yelped around and found Yo Bowl and that we were nearby. It's on the lower level of Southland Mall where the food courts are at! The line was not that long, but seeing as it is the holiday season, it was super packed down there! We ordered our crepes (they also have savory crepes as well) with a side of ice cream. I like that we are able to see them assemble them. We got it to go since there were no seating for us. I got the banana, Nutella and coconut crepe with chocolate ice cream, and hubby got the strawberry, banana crepe with vanilla ice cream! It was sooo good! The person did not skimp on the Nutella! Normally I get a more traditional flavor for milk tea but like I said, this looked interesting and I was feeling adventurous! This was more watery than milk tea, and had the consistency of guava juice. It was interesting, because it did taste like juice with added milkiness consistency to it. They also have fresh fruta and jicama and pepino in lime and Tajin! The heavens parted and a light shone down upon me. I got both the veggies and the fruit. I watched in fascination as the server doused my treats in fresh lime juice and tossed them in spicy Tajin. Though I waited quite a while, it was a great, simple meal. This would be zero if there was one. I placed an order on DoorDash that said the food would be delivered in 30min. When I checked the status it said 59 min. Why would you wait an hour for 2 crepes. I canceled the order but was still charged. The fact is the delivery time was misleading because it said 30 min delivery which is standard. DoorDash said once it's confirmed you are charged. I doubt they even made the order because I cancelled immediately after I placed it. Maybe this place doesn't suck but I wouldn't know since I never received my order but I sure was charged for it. Update! I came here about a month ago, and re-tried their froyo...they now no longer charge per topping, but by weight (just like they should've from the very beginning).
