This was my second time coming here, and it is just an amazing space. Both times were to attend a…read moresound bath with meditation, and they were truly wonderful experiences and very different each time. I recently attended the winter solstice sound bath, and going into it this time, I knew what to expect. That being said, I dressed a bit warmer and extra comfy and brought additional blankets because I personally become very cold during the sound bath, especially at certain times when the sound vibrates through my body. It feels like actual icicles moving through me. I'm not normally a cold person, so it's definitely part of the experience for sure. I also love the guided meditation aspect of it. I don't think I would want to attend one without it, because it's such a nice added feature. I love that after the session, cards are given out and there's time to reflect on them. It also opens up space for any questions you might have about the experience that day, or more generally about the instruments, sound baths, or the other classes and services they offer. I'm not going to lie--the first time I did a sound bath, I actually got motion sick during it. However, the second time I didn't, which just goes to show that each experience is different for me. I feel extremely well-rested afterward, energized yet deeply relaxed. My night's sleep after is amazing--absolutely amazing--and I feel kind of reset for the week in a way that's just different. I definitely need to do these more frequently. I'm thinking maybe attending all the solstice ones would be a good way to keep things going. I went with a friend, and it was her first time as well. She also had a really great experience--similar, yet different. They also have an entire storefront. I didn't have time to go through it, but from what I glanced at while making my way into the room, they have some really cute and adorable items. I know they sell the essential oils used during class, including some of their own blends. The blend used was really nice, and I could definitely see myself going back to get one of their custom blends. Overall, this place is definitely worth it, and you should check them out if you haven't already!

After attending a few community reiki and reiki+ gong baths I decided to take the classes offered to learn how to be a reiki practitioner. Also, they have 2 locations in the market on opposite sides of the shopping area, so make sure to check out both locations. One is mostly crystals/classroom space. The other is jewelry, apothecary and musical instruments.

The rooms are not expansive but they are adequate. Our needs were met. Staff is helpful and professional.

We spent three nights at the resort for Labor Day weekend with our family which included 5 adults…read moreand one baby. We had two Villa rooms, a two bedroom and a studio. While the resort was nice, the rooms were old and not what we expected for the price we paid. Upon entering our rooms, the studio had a strong gas like smell. (There was also a carbon monoxide monitor on the fireplace mantel which was not in any other room). When we called the front desk, they said they would send someone but did not know when they would come. After over an hour of not being able to use the room, we returned to the front desk and they were able to move our rooms to another building of Villas. (I do want to commend the manager - Corie, as she went above and beyond to assist with the move). As said above, the new rooms were fine, but not what we would expect for the price we paid. In the new studio room, the safe had a low battery, so we could not use it. There were no towels and we had a hard time getting towels to use at the pool. We had to use towels from our other Villa. The hand held shower head was broken, as was the foot rest in the shower. Housekeeping was also very difficult as no one told us that you must request housekeeping 24 hours prior to the need. The two bedroom villa was a bit better, with only a few bathroom issues including a tub with a broken stopper and a downstairs bathroom door which sticks, not allowing the person to exit. In addition, we were never able to get the crib and highchair we requested. The villas have a higher resort fee, and I am not sure what this provides. The food in the restaurants was fine, though seemingly short staffed for a busy holiday weekend. The rewards program they tell you about is very confusing. No one explains it and it is truly useless. Upon check out, the manager on duty was very helpful and apologized for our troubles. He did provide a partial refund on our rooms which was very appreciated. The Grand Geneva is described as a luxury resort. I would not consider the rooms and amenities to be luxurious. We will definitely return to Lake Geneva, but would not return to the hotel..

She has so much information and is truly an expert in her field from the logical and literal point to also the spiritually and intuitive point. I have found her healings and meditations very powerful and deeply transformative. I'd had some powerful in person Reiki sessions before, but not remote healings. Working with her in that initial remote session, she was so warm and high vibrational, and I could feel she was really tuned in to me. We talked about things going on in my life and anything I wanted her to focus on. After the healing, I felt so much release, and some very important things shifted. She identified my own developed natural healing gifts in my hands, and she encouraged me to work with that. I'd had Reiki treatments before, and had already been considering getting Reiki attunement, but I found the New Paradigm MDT work I got with Kelly was so pure and powerful I really felt even more drawn to that modality than to the Reiki. The actual service was in no way worth the cost. Everything about the resort is overpriced, but I was hopeful the treatment would be worth the expense. It wasn't. I much prefer Kohler for a staycation / wellness trip.

When we arrived we were taken for a "tour" only to be left in the locker room, it wasn't until 30 minutes in, after just standing around, we learned there was a lounge and relaxation room. There was no convenient way to access this room. We were taken to it through doors labeled "staff only" The massage itself was severely underwhelming. She basically rubbed lotion on me for 50 minutes, there was no skill or technique to the massage. Overall, it was just a very disappointing experience. I will never return or recommend this spa
