Had a great experience getting a personal yoga session with Debra. We started off with some…read morerestorative and finished off with some fun aerial tricks. I'm not new to yoga but even with the knowledge I did have, Debra expanded my practice more than most have over the past few years. Great pointers, adjustments, tips and just overall education on the movement into the pose, and not just rushing in to the pose. Yoga is called a practice for a reason. If you take the time to learn the poses correctly, your body learns where to go, like a bungee cord. It's also hard to unlearn bad habits, which I'm excited to do with Debra! The light therapy massage table is also a must try, felt so good on my spine and the heat was perfect! #yogaforlife #yogis #yogapose

The only downfall is I wanted more heat and a bit more creative sequence for a level 1/2. It was a little slow and a boring sequence. We spent 20 minutes doing the same salutation and then a brief warrior sequence no standing postures or peak poses. But that is just a preference to have a more funky flow with an intermediate level. Overall, good experience. Would recommend.

I enjoyed the spacious, airy and bright room with many windows and great ambiance. It's also next to a cute coffee shop. It is all levels yoga, which works for beginners but one can level up as desired. All instructors were great. I especially loved Jordan's classes. She is very personable, greets you when you come in the door, remembers your name, is calming and instantly makes you feel relaxed. She is very helpful with poses and offers a head massage with essential oils during savasana. Thank you so much! I am so excited that there is a nice yoga studio in that area and I can't wait to come back next summer!

Pools are huge, one for laps, one for leisure. Classes available. Huge hot tub. Steam room. Towel service. Upstairs track. Good amount of cardio machines. Nice soap and shampoo in the showers. Includes locks for their lockers. Friendly staff. Very clean. Cons: Not enough weight machines. Gets crowded and have to wait for them. No scales in the locker rooms; you have to weigh in with clothes on. Steam room is too hot with not enough steam. No sauna. If I lived in the area, this might be a viable option, but I'd check out other gyms first to see if they had more weight machines. If you are just into cardio, locker room, shower, pool, and hot tub, this is a great club!
