I am very grateful for my experience with Juan. During the session I experienced a rush of bliss - wonderful feeling of being connected to All That Is. Being a healer myself I like to experience different modalities and expand my awareness beyond what I already know. Juan truly has a gift and if you are seeking a shift in energy, your path will cross (likely why you are reading these reviews). I reached out to Juan via his website and set up an initial call via the online scheduling tool. I love a tech savvy shaman and the online system added an element of professionalism that is often lacking with alternative medicine/seekers/hippies. Our initial conversation was easy and informative. We had an honest conversation about my current state of affairs and what I was looking to get our of a shamanic/illumination session. We didn't really get into what the session was going to look like, but my normal type A self felt very comfortable to leave it in his hands and simply embrace the experience and extract the benefits. Following the call, he sent me a link to book the illumination healing session and I scheduled online. After booking, I got a text message confirmation with a number to call if I had any difficulties finding the location. The session: I arrived at the house, took off my shoes and entered the 'healing space'. There was a table set up with a circle of crystals and I sat down and started a dialogue with Juan about any of the changes that had happened since our last conversation. He then asked me to pick a crystal from the circle that spoke to me and we started a breathing meditation using the crystal that included me breathing energy into the crystal while holding it between my hands. He started his shamanic stuff and I followed instructions and let the process unfold. At one point he repeated chants to the north, east, south, and west and asked me which one spoke to me or evoked a feeling or shift. One clearly felt right and I let him know. From there, we moved to the table where I lie on my back with my eyes closed and listened, followed instructions, and continued the dialogue with Juan regarding the feelings and emotions that were coming through. I didn't know what to expect, but there was definitely a force of energy in the room. I won't get into my personal experience, because it is different for everyone, but I will say it was powerful, calming, and encouraging. After the session, we debriefed on what I was feeling, discussed some imagery and started a card reading. The cards were dead on and also mirrored some of the advice/guidance I had gotten from a psychic in NY. Juan and I had a rich conversation about what the rock I selected meant for this period in my life as well as how the cards fit into the story. As someone that likes to see how things work and how different pieces of the process fit together, I loved this part of the session where I understood his method as well as what I was feeling and what it meant. Juan also gave me a road map and some "homework" to continue on my path of healing, enlightenment and tapping into my intuition. I left the session with clarity, fully relaxed and with practical guidance and exercises to continue my journey. Juan was exactly what I needed - he listened as much as he spoke and never tried to predict - simply guide and provide practical advice. HIGHLY recommended. What can I say? Wow! Juan is very helpful and intuitive. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had as far as alternative healing. He's helped me so much within these past few years. I've attended his fire/water meditation ceremonies, usually held around a full or new moon to help release anything it is that I've been holding on to, usually fear related stuff.
