Took my son, 11, and daughter, 8, to Boundless Adventures recently and we really enjoyed it. My youngest was able to do the yellow and green courses (green with an adult) and my oldest could do the yellow, green, and blue courses but only the blue if I went with him. We were not prepared for the blue but made it halfway and were able to come down. We saw plenty of people taking on the blue like champs, I'm sure it's just that I'm not in as good of shape to finish but they were all a great workout and so fun to do with my kids. My daughter was not sure about it at first but as she went through them and even did a yellow on her own her confidence exploded. They talked about how fun it was for days. You get a good feeling that they take safety seriously and you see the crew around ready to help at any time. They have restrooms and snacks including ice cream and chips. Came here a few years ago for a birthday party that my daughter was invited to. Kept coming back because it's always such a good time. In fact, it has become my happy place. I am in my late 40s and not athletic at all, but still, I can tackle the yellow, green, and even blue levels. Haven't tried the black level (the most difficult), but my 13yo completed it today! If you're wondering if it's dangerous: you cannot fall, due to the ingenious design of the clips that attach you to the cables. Once you realize you can't fall, you get real brave. It's just you and the obstacle courses in the beautiful woods. I find it both challenging and relaxing. Great exercise too. read more

Amazing experiences for all ages family and friends! My daughter was invited for a friends 11th bday and wow what an amazing experience! My daughter is not naturally outdoorsy so we went along just in case she changed her mind and felt uncomfortable. We ended up leaving so she could enjoy the experience with her friends and parents in charge because she was having a great time! We will definitely be back. So after being in quarantine for so long in IL, we wanted to get out but not be unsafe. My friend found this place which is an out door obstacle course. When I read online they had new COVID rules in place. Which made me feel safe. When we got there, we were suited up. While wearing mask but we didn't have to wear them after that. The after a how to. You are on you're own on different levels. Note you can bring drinks and snacks and stuff With you, there are picnic tables to put everything. And if someone doesn't want to climb they can watch you from there. It's all in one place so you can see your stuff. A note I was down with two levels and tried a third. Bad idea, I was fatigued and by then third obstacle I fell, The harness works people! Since they want to keep a distance they tried to help me but ended up having to come get me, I could not balance and get up to get to then platform. So this is an amazing family activity. The people are helpful and it is just a great time. My twin 9 year olds had a blast and it was a GIANT confidence boost to both my kids. They have a unique harness system which means that things are always safe. The obstacles are challenging but appropriate given the age ranges for each of the 4 levels. The only feedback I have is that when it got dark it was harder to see the harness connections That had to be made. It would have been nice to have had a headlamp. (Which I will bring myself if I ever do this after sunset). The other piece of feedback is about other participants. Hold you ground! If another group is immediately behind you. Ask them to wait. Do not let them crowd you. It will create a difficult and potentially dangerous situation. This happened to my group because is someone else's inability to follow the rules. read more

Loved it! Four different levels of difficulty. Even when the park was busy, the staff does a great job of making sure that the main platform is not crowded and if there are too many people on a course, there's always another course to try of the same difficulty level. Our first outing post-COVID-19 stay-at-home mandate was exercised and enjoyed here, in the great outdoors of beautiful Kenosha County, WI. This exceptional camp affords individuals of all ages and abilities to test their boundaries across 4 different ability courses: yellow, green, blue, and black and a variety of zip lines, bridges, balance beams, platform jumps, and more. Requires a decent level of independence using harnesses, carabiners, and belaying, though there are trained monitors stationed throughout the park to provide assistance as needed. We were all wiped out after 3 1/2 hours. (Note: Some courses require adult supervision.) I would not recommend this for those who are afraid of heights and ill-coordinated. I'm 53 and a bit out of shape but it pushed me and I still did half the blue advanced course. The green course was fun. My daughter crushed the black advanced but she's a highly skilled indoor rock climber and used some skills to help complete it. I would love to see more zip lines on each course to make it more fun. Overall though it's a unique place with easy to use harnesses with good clip in clip out systems that keep you safe on each obstacle course. I feel that I got the best work out as an middle aged guy that I actually needed. My kids both 13 loved it and we will go back for sure! read more

We had an amazing time! Such a great adventure and something different than your everyday park or indoor trampoline place. Kids loved it. It was definitely a bit pricey we would go more if it was a little less but totally worth it if you're just going once or twice a year. The only thing I wished they had had was a cafeteria and bathrooms that weren't port-a potties. They have lots of picnic tables there so you can take food with. I wish I would've known that. So if you're reading this you're welcome! Oh and take bug spray! They offer some there but it's best if you take your own. read more

This is such a great place! The family came here (2 girls 8 & 10) and it was 3 hours of fun. Great to see the kids push outside of their comfort zone and move up to more difficult routes. The climbing is designed the way that you just cant fall off. Adrenaline rush is included only when you have immence fear os height, but after a green course the fear just goes away. Fun for our whole family! We are a family of 5 from 13-45 and we had a blast. I have a fear of heights and was able to overcome the fear and took the blue section. It built confidence and excitement. My husband and daughters all conquered the black lines and had a blast. Definitely a trip worth making. Everything was clean and in great condition! The staff was great too. We went as a team and we all had a blast! The staff was fantastic and helpful. We were group of adults in varying ages and fitness levels. The courses are labeled to allow for you to choose an appropriate path. Even if you are not in great shape you can still have fun, but stick with the easy levels. Note: one of the yellow levels is shorter for the kids, so if that's an issue you may want to ask the staff for direction on the best one to pick. The harder ones are really harder, so if you're not "sporty," watch someone else first. I do think we should have kept the team together just for the first round. Once you hit the main course, if you go on different courses, you are split up and pretty far apart. If you're trying to do team bonding, you will get better results having everyone on the same course at the same time. We had bbq delivered on their recommendation, and it was very good choice. We ate it right there at the course. You may want to bring bug spray. You do share gloves, so if you are germaphobic, bring $5 to buy your own brand new ones. Highly recommend as a group activity. It you care about treatment don't go... We paid for three kids and two adults about three weeks ago. We got there and the park was shutting down because of rain. They told us no refunds and they would give us a credit. Yesterday we called and initially refused to even admit we had a credit, then only offered a 50% credit because he told us we already climbed; which is not true. Brian the "owner" was very rude and upset his business is hurt because of COVID . We initially spoke to him very professionally and he got so out of line. We rebooked for yesterday not knowing what we would pay. Due to a incident at home we had to cancel. We called well before their 30 minute policy and left two messages (we have proof of the call) and sent a email as well. Speaking to Brian today he yelled at us, accused us of being liars. He says he didnt get any voicemails, even tho we have proof to the contrary. The discussion turned quite nasty and he got very personal which led to a hang up. So we are out over $300 and we're treated like Pond scum. Brian can say anything he wants but we have proof of two calls and a email. We will be pursuing this exhausting all legal means. To your comment. The day we can you did shut down for the DAY because of storms. We never got to the point of getting our harness on as we were kindly asked to leave. The young girl at the register said we would receive a full credit since we did not get on the course. As far as today, you didn't address the behavior of your husband which was beyond rude both in person and email. Something could have been worked out between us if he wasn't complaining about his business woes with COVID . It has been horrible for everyone and I do feel for small business but that is not a excuse to be rude and boisterous to myself and girlfriend As far as yesterday when I get home I will send you the call log which is off by a hours. What a neat experience! One star off because it's really expensive ($40-$50 per person depending on the option you choose). We had 3 boys (10, 11, and 13) and we were nervous after we saw how independent the experience was. Zip line courses we've been to in the past had an expert hook up the cables but Boundless Adventures lets the kids independently experience the courses. This mom was slightly unnerved by that at first, as were the two youngest boys in our group. But the system they have in place is pretty fool-proof and, after a few minutes, our boys got the hang of it. The system involves a number of cables that need to be locked and unlocked in sequence, this is a great safety feature but is a bit complex. The complexity was intimidating at first but the boys figured it out and had a blast. What a great confidence booster! The lesson learned was that they can do hard things with a little patience and us parents thought the experience was amazing. read more

My daughter was near tears because she was scared before going. I encouraged her to take it one step at a time, get her harness on, take the training on how to attach her harness to the course, and just see how she felt. After completing all three beginner courses, she conquered her fears and the next level up. I'm so proud. The instructors were knowledgable and so kind and encouraging. It is challenging, but so fun, and there's a great feeling of accomplishment when one overcomes one's anxieties about being up high, taking the leap, and trusting in oneself and the safety measures. My 11 year-old went from scared to "I want to have my next birthday party here." They provided a water cooler with cups. Wear pants. The harness can chafe a little. It's a lot easier to do if a person is taller, but my short little 7 year-old made it through everything my older daughter did. He got stuck on the zipline because he didn't weigh enough, but was fine to wait until a staff member could nudge him along to the end where I was waiting. This is not a true zip line course. Fine for little kids. It is walking across suspended logs and bridges. An adult could pretty much touch the ground on the few zip lines they offer. It is about as big as a backyard. If you are looking for true zip line fun, this is not the place. Very disappointing. read more

Our 6- person group (ages 65, 62, 29, 27, 25 and 10) went May 1, 2021. After parking, the small check in building is behind a small pond to the right. Didn't see any signs. If you're the group photographer, wear a small fanny pack across your chest for phone and wear fingerless gloves. Everyone is moving quickly and there's no time to take gloves off and on. (I wore it on my waist & it got caught several times on the blue course). Otherwise, recommend full gloves for all ages, as hands hold on to steel cables. Recommend long shorts or leggings as the harness will dig into legs a little for short-shorts. We brought 10 waters in a small cooler for 6 people & used 9. One in our group had to be "rescued" as they didn't have any upper arm strength on a zip line. The staff are really nice and available if needed. The better shape you're in, the more courses you can do, but our 10-year old could do yellow and green courses, no problem. Nearby casual Bristol Diner has a large menu. The green beans & beyond burger are very good for vegetarians. Only recommendation is for staff to speak louder and slower during the training. I get that you've said it 1000 times but it's my first time to hear it. Tell your group "you'll each practice with me at our next station to be sure you understand before you get on the course." I definitely would go once a year for a fun, group activity for all ages. read more

This place was a lot of fun! I went the second weekend they were open with my fiancé. Going into it, I thought 3 hours for $55 pretty pricy. However by the time the 3 hour mark came around I was so tired I wanted to be done. It would be nice if there was a card you could get and put hours on so if you didn't want to stay the full 3 hours at a time you could come back without wasting the money. But regardless the staff was all very nice and knowledgeable. This is a great place and I hope they are successful! read more

We were at the Dell's this past weekend planning to do the rope course but it was raining too much we didnt. I decided to see if there was one in our area and found this. It was an hour drive from us but we decided to give it a try today. TOTALLY WORTH IT. I went with my husband and 18 yr son. We are all at different levels and there was enough challenges for all of us. We did the 2 hour weekday special for $40 and it was perfect. We were all tired out at the end. The course is right in the middle of a county park built in between the trees. You couldn't ask for a better setting. The one in the Dells is just in a big parking lot. Having zip lines mixed in was also cool as I had never done one before. read more

My 11yr. Old and I had such a fun time on the ropes and Ziplines course. The employees do a fantastic job of keeping everyone safe and providing a thorough instructions (it was our first time).
