He wouldn't let me pay for the new pin he installed. What a nice man! I had previously taken it to another repair spot, and they not only broke one of the ceramic links, but I had to go back twice because they didn't install the pins properly. So my watch fell right off my wrist within 30 mins of leaving the shop on the mainland. Grateful to have found this little gem here on island. I have gone in the ocean several times with the watch, snorkel quite a bit, and it is still intact. Mahalo!!!

I also brought in a few other items for repair, and they went above and beyond to bring my vision to life with precision and artistry. One of the repairs required extra attention, and I appreciated how the shop kept me updated throughout the process and called as soon as everything was ready. Their craftsmanship, communication, and genuine care make them a rare find.
