Went into Maui Mana on S. Kihei Rd. today. There were three other customers in the store wearing masks. However, the store Owner or Employee in the store and who was waiting on customers face to face was NOT wearing a mask. At time when the increasing infection rate is about to close down many more Maui businesses, this disrespectful clown is doing his best to Spread the Deadly Virus. I walked out without spending a dime. This business will be added to the "AVOID List" provided to guests of the 34 vacation rental units and a Tour Company managed by my company. People and Business are dying because of the Virus, yet Maui Mana is contributing to Spreading the Deadly Virus and Killing off more of our locally owned Maui business. Shame! read more

I bought a vape pen, extra tank and USB charger here on different visits. When the pen stopped working after a week I brought it in to see if it could be fixed and the sales lady just gave me a replacement at no charge. Wow their pipes are expensive!! Like omg don't go here. I know it's an island so everything is more expensive but $30 for a basic clear pipe? Come on. And don't even bother buying something made from a local artist cause they jam you even more! We only bought one because it was our last day and we didn't have time to go anywhere else. The only cool thing was the mouth piece has a very interesting shape and it makes it more comfortable when hitting it; so that was the only positive thing about this place. read more

Without a doubt the best customer service on the island! I never go anywhere else. Every time I go in there I learn something new, Kyle is both patient and informative. It seems I kind of had my equipment set up wrong and he was able to totally get me hooked up and doing it right - and it made a big improvement. I was disappointed in the prices of the Kratom. I usually buy in Kahului and get a full ounce for $20. I think she charged me $17 for 5 grams. I have fibromyalgia and usually can get a 1/2 kilo for $50 from a good source online. This must be some magical stuff! Sadly, I won't be back. read more
