The people and service are nice, which I appreciate, but that's a requirement to selling cheap products for top dollar with not so fair warranty. The most reliable things you can buy here are glass/quartz and rolling paper, I would strongly advise against anything electric. The e-dabbler I got failed after a week, the hot knife worked well. The $20 torch worked ok the first and second day, then never again. Ironically the return policy is I think next day, could be same day, and allows for exchanges only. Thankfully my bank reversed the charges. I'll miss the kind service but I won't be back and with all I spend I'm sure I'll find another shop with better warranty (and products that work). read more

I've been a regular customer for the past six years (I believe I was the second highest spending customer) until a little over a week ago. I went in, made my usual purchase, and was walking out and Nick said "wait, something isn't right." Nick picks up the phone and calls his manager (his words). He was on the phone describing what happened, but kept saying fine, I'll just fucking pay for it.... I confirmed the payment cleared my account and told Nick I had to go.... Nick responded "ma'am you need to just stop talking." He actually said this twice when I attempt to leave.... Finally he hung up the phone and said well I just got fucked, they are taking the money out of my paycheck. Whatever, the guy is so freaking arrogant. So, I return two days later and there's Nick. He says "look, look, I kept the receipts! They took $18. out of my pay because of you, I held on to the receipts to show you. Their system is fucked up and I have to pay for it." At that point I threw a $20 on the counter and walked out. Nick runs to the door saying you can still make your purchases. After spending THOUSANDS in one store, and then having to pay staff back for the 20% in rewards I earned is unbelievable. I suffer from lung disease, but I continued to go into this shop every other day with Nick smoking his Vape at the counter, and then having to be present while they have their vape purchasing customers try out their purchase in the store because of their no return policy. They are violating 328J-3 and also Act 19 which amended 328j-3. I hope that $18 the management took from such worthless staff member was worth it. read more

He has long hair tattoos and I believe his name is Nick , he's always rude and disrespectful with his attitude and comments ( EVERYTIME )... NOT only has he to take my business elsewhere, but several others as well. As I've been in the store and seen others leave the store in disgust. This awful customer service is costing this Still smokin location above shell gas station in Kihei plenty of business. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I went to Still Smokin today in need of an entire new e-cigarette setup, eliquid ect-& was willing to spend a little bit of money to finally get a nicer kid. I spent $160 total in there today, which is a good amount of money for me-& got one of the newer Smoke MAG mod, tank, batteries, and liquid. Within a few minutes of leaving the shop, the e-cigarette started leaking MASSIVLY. So it was emptied, I took it apart to check the coil, and put more liquid in it. It all leaked right out-so I headed back to the shop to see if the guy who sold it to me had any ideas on why or any fixes we could do. He looked at it for a couple of seconds and told me to contact the manufacturer. Or bring it to another vape store. Seriously? I just bought the item 30 minutes before hand for $160 freaking dollars. Can you at least be NICE, and ACT concerned maybe. He just kept pointing at the 'all sales final sign.' And made it a point to let me know he can't replace it because it comes out of his paycheck. I wasn't asking for a replacement. But it would have been kind, exceptional customer service to maybe try and replace the wick for me, take a good look at it with me, and at least make me feel like my money spent was valued. Some extra help for a few minutes, maybe a $4 wick would not only have fixed the problem, but I would have continued spending my money at this particular vape store. The guy working today was exceptionally rude, I left almost in tears, & confused that this is how a business values their customers. PLEASE give your business to Island Vape. They are AMAZING, and this experience NEVER would have happened there. They have a location in Kihei over by jack in the box, and an awesome location in Kahului. The Kihei location was closed on Sunday, and I really needed a new vape (mine broke the night before) and in pure laziness just didn't want to drive to Kahului. HUGE MISTAKE. Still smokin' is horrible. The people working there are not knowledgeable at all. I was even rudely told 'Well you said your the expert, so you can figure it out.' Seriously? I have been in the store about a dozen times since they opened, always to purchase some tobacco for hookah purposes. This particular stay we were shopping around 4:35pm. The man working the shop was a little older and at first he was pretty friendly. We were joking with him about the stock of the shisha selection shrinking. He said they weren't going to be stocking it any more and what you see is what you get. Soon before checking out he stated, "Can you guys please, like, hurry the f*** up? It's passed 4:20 and I'm dying, if you know what I mean." We chuckled, but were still left with a "wtf?" feeling about the interaction. The guy that's usually there in the evenings has made me feel extremely uncomfortable and has been unprofessional, on multiple occasions. Spent 130 something on a nectar collector. The kid neglected to tell me about the plastic clips that hold your glass on glass pieces together. So after heating up the tip I went to use it and the tip fell out on the floor and burned up our carpet. After that ordeal I went to use it again and noticed a small hair line crack where the two piece connect. Smh All because they didn't tell me about a four dollar clip. I would have gladly bought to protect my piece and my carpet. And to top it all off I went online and found a better piece for a fraction of the price.
