Including the Flagship store in New York on more than one occasion. Never, and I mean NEVER have I felt talked down to, and as unwelcome as I did in this location. It was my and my husband's intention to make a purchase to commemorate my visit to Maui and our 30th wedding anniversary, which we had just completed a vow renewal for. I went in to look around as he shopped in Louis Vuitton across the walkway. I was greeted by the Security person and another SA very nicely. However another SA appeared and took on the roll as my sales person. After being asked, I informed her that I was just looking at the time. She followed me around as I looked. I literally felt as if she was watching me. She was not friendly or welcoming at all. I felt unwanted by her tone and apparent attitude. Finally I asked her a question about the classic silver collection, of which I was wearing several pieces. I assume she felt that was the only reason for my visit. It was not, but she immediately began to talk to me as if I was no longer worth her time. I was extremely offended. It was at that time I thanked her and immediately left the store. I will never spend where I feel unwanted. This is not how anyone, especially a regular customer of the brand should be treated. I left, and decided to spend my money in another luxury store nearby. Where I was treated much, much better. I sincerely hope that Tiffany follows up on customer service training, because no one should feel the way I did in this store. It is not in the standing of their brands usual standard.

The nice thing about Hawaii is that their sales tax is less than ours's and the luxury items are lower in price than other states. So an added reason to buy here.

Took my ceramic watch to get the links repaired, he (the owner) fixed it in one go and double…read morechecked his work to make sure none of the other links were loose. He wouldn't let me pay for the new pin he installed. What a nice man! I had previously taken it to another repair spot, and they not only broke one of the ceramic links, but I had to go back twice because they didn't install the pins properly. So my watch fell right off my wrist within 30 mins of leaving the shop on the mainland. Grateful to have found this little gem here on island. I have gone in the ocean several times with the watch, snorkel quite a bit, and it is still intact. Mahalo!!!

Quality/Quantity - 5 Stars Wife wanted to replace one of her necklace chains, but Tai said that the chain is actually of very good quality and that he has special chemicals that can make it look new for only $12+ tax. We were hesitant at first because our chain was really dirty/tarnished, but it came back shinny gold. All the other shops wanted to sell her replacement jewelry for much more $$$. Atmosphere - Small clean local shop. Service - 6 stars. Not only is Tai honest, but I watched as he was "assumptive" selling to EVERYONE. So if you ever want to improve your sales skills, come visit this shop. He is VERY aggressive, but in a positive, feel-good, and respectful kind of way. You just have to see him in action. Short version is: I bought a "tsavorite" from Little Tibet after a couple initial test purchases all under $1k just to be sure they were legit. I come back the next days and suddenly my quest for emeralds has an alternative ready to roll: "a gorgeous tsavorite!" they say, "so much more rare than emerald" they say. I was new-ish at the time to the world of gems and unfamiliar with specifically what to look for to authenticate tsavorite. But I guess the thieves had too good of a story and I got excited and bought it. Here's the real punchline: I'm expert at gemology now and it's just a low quality glass fake. Easily spotted by anyone with more than a couple month of gemology expertise (unfortunately that wasn't me at the time, or I'd have saved myself $4500 bucks for a single unset gem). I spent the last year trying to get some response, before finally resorting to the lame approach of leaving a Yelp and Google review. In lieu of any response from the owners, I can only assume they scammed me *knowingly* - it's just so clearly glass when you know anything about gems, and these guys have been doing this stuff for decades vs. my relatively few years. I even took it to GIA world HQ here in Carlsbad, CA just to be 1000% sure my understanding was correct: it is green glass, it's something a novice gem seller would know just by looking through a loupe, and therefore there's not much jumping to conclusions to say "they knowingly sold me a fake and took $4500 for a piece of green glass". Embarrassing for my ego, but now that I have waited long enough to know they have no intention of doing right by me / refunding or even sending some items to make up for a mistake: it's gloves off time. Y'all get one week, otherwise I'm headed back to Maui with my attorneys in tow. That's it, you managed to get me pissed - and that's not a good place to be my friend. You don't want to mess with folks who drop $4500 on a lark - or anyone for that matter, but it's just stupid to not make it right or even return a phone call. You have my number, and if you "lost it", just respond here. Happy to work things out but the clock is ticking for one more week and that's it.

Everything is very special. In addition to the fabulous gems, Lisa is an expert at sharing Young Living essential oils. I got the stress away and it smells so good. My daughter loves it too. There are lots of crystals to choose from and I put some of the stress away oil on a crystal to enhance the effect. Ahhh ... I feel more relaxed already. Living the Maui life! Yay!
