Oh he said we could purchase used CPO watches but I chuckled cause I know those are so highly marketed up it's not worth it. I was informed that in last few years, there has been a serious shortage of Rolex stainless steel sport watches. Of the five Rolex authorized dealers in Hawaii, Cheryl at the Baron & Leeds location in Maui stayed in contact with me over the last three and a half months about my request. She contacted me about a month ago and informed me that a stainless Submariner without date would be available but I was holding out for one with the date function. Much to my surprise, while I was on vacation in Belize, I received a text message from her notifying me that one had become available. I responded immediately that I wanted it and would be returning in a few days and could pick it up. She charged my credit card and a few days later I flew to Maui to pick up my brand new Rolex watch. At the store, she greeted me warmly and we celebrated my purchase over a glass of champagne. She fit the watch and explained it's functions and informed me about other watches and promotions that Baron & Leeds has. I hope she is able to acquire my other requests soon. The salesman was kind enough to open the watch display (standard and iwatch bands) and let my husband feel the weight difference. He also said they could remove the links in store, so he could wear the watch out. We were sold! While waiting for the links to be removed, my husband also spotted their Koa wood and opal rings. After trying on a few, he picked one he liked and we bought that too. I really liked that the salesman was informative about the products but not at all pushy. It was a nice change of pace finding something that my husband really liked and will enjoy wearing for date nights.

I tried on one of the RipCurl tees, size XL, and it fit good, so I picked another XL teeshirt. I did not actually try it on because it was also an XL. When I got back to the condo in Kihei, I cut tags off and got them ready for wearing. The next morning, I put on the XL and it was too small. I tried on the other XL and it fit fine. I noticed a tear right away in the seem of the shirt that fit, so we took them back. The receipt/return policy clearly states that refund or exchanges are OK with receipt. When we tried to return them, Jessica and two other employees stated that the manager said they smell and the tags were removed, so they would not exchange or refund. We were confused about "smell", as my wife and I smelled them and they smelled like new store merchandise. We did not wash or wear them, and only tried them on. My wife asked to speak to district manager. The district manager reluctantly approved the exchange. RIP Curl is supposedly a reputable brand, but if they will not stand behind their products, we will not shop there again. WARNiNG to all Rip Curl shoppers at Wailea Shops... DONT SHOP here... Rip Curl does not care about repeat business, value of their product, and has ZERO business integrity. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Will say the pharmacy is top notch cause I've needed to pick up medications that were ordered on the mainland and I was able have them filled here.... Incredible service and very nice staff behind the counter.... Take a look around for deals cause you can purchase anything from booze, snacks , medical stuff and even Chinese New Year goodies to decorate with. Now get a case of spam and enjoy!
