Two Asian men walked in on us as we were changing and I had to slam the door shut. After we asked for female masseuses the girl from the front started giving us an attitude and saying that there were none working. She then said that we hadn't requested female masseuses then proceeded to say that the specific women we requested weren't working until later that day which contradicted what she said before. Never had such a negative experience trying to get a simple massage. The girl was rude and picked a fight instead of just resolving our issue. Waiting to get our refund and not coming back.

I was greeted by a beautiful young lady, with a great personality- her name is Daisy (manager) she explained their various massage choices, styles and prices. I decided to try a 90 minute deep tissue-full body. The room was spotless, the music was relaxing and was being played throughout all of the rooms. The (deep tissue) massage was wonderful with some shiatsu, and hot stone treatment toward the end. I highly recommend this massage establishment, it's absolutely a hidden gem. Note: Tipping a massage therapist is not the same as tipping a wait person, massage therapy is 20 to 50x more difficult than bringing food and drinks to a table- so at these awesome, low massage therapy prices- we can afford to tip more generously. ($10 per each 30 minutes of massage time is fair). ;)

Although we needed a reservation, Sofia, the manager, was incredibly accommodating. She made sure she had enough staff available to take care of all three of us and was prompt with both her calls and text messages while coordinating our appointment. When we arrived, Eddie and Judy greeted us with warm smiles. Since Sofia wasn't onsite, they easily connected with her over the phone to help us redeem our Groupon, and the entire process was quick and effortless. My spouse and I were escorted into our room and immediately felt relaxed. The massage included warm essential oils and hot stones, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Eddie was my massage therapist, and I initially thought his pressure might be a little too strong. However, after I asked for a medium-pressure massage, he adjusted perfectly. Whenever I requested a little more pressure in certain areas, he listened carefully and customized the massage to exactly what I needed. He was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. My spouse thoroughly enjoyed his massage as well. We both walked out feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much better than when we arrived. They even offered us bottled water before we left, which was a thoughtful finishing touch. If you're in the La Mesa area and looking for a quality massage at a great value, I definitely recommend giving this place a try. I also love that they're open late, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a long day at work. As always... you can thank me later!
