We arrived early afternoon after visiting the Grand Canyon. We were greeted with a smile and cold drinks. The appetizers were great. The decor is interesting.

    The restaurant.

You'll regret your decision. Barely ok. Would have rather went to McD's. Food was ok at best. Environment odd. Meh.

Yippee-Ei-O! How bout Yippee-Ei-NO! At the cost of a fine steak house I was expecting much much more. I ordered a T Bone for $50 dollars and honestly it was a decent piece of meat. But the baked potato it came with was bleh l, the salad consisted of old lettuce and doused in ranch to cover for it and the corn was just cheap bag corn boiled in water. On top of the disappointing food, my waiter was extremely rude and uninviting. The cheap looking cow decor was not my cup of tea. All in all, you'd be better off waiting to get a steak elsewhere. Maybe try El Tovar in Grand Canyon village instead.

Food was kind of gross. Service was really slow despite being there around 3pm. Would be better off going down the street to McDonalds.

We were staying in Tusayan and wanted a steak for dinner so this place caught our attention as it was walking distance from our hotel. Since we had our dog with us, we called in a takeout order (although they have benches out front). We ordered their '8 oz Sirloin Steak' and the 'Big E Burger'. The steak was tender and perfectly seasoned served with carrots and a baked potato. The burger was made with 1/2 lb Angus beef patty, tasted so good, and served with steak fries. Everything was fresh and delicious, such satisfying dinner choices for sure. Shout out to 'Juan Carlos' who was super friendly and welcoming as we picked up our food. The restaurant is big and spacious with a cool western vibe, full bar, and lounge area. The restrooms were very clean during our visit. I will definitely return and enjoy more of their menu when in town.

Such great potential but it was definitely not the best it could be. My husband had the branzino which we have had many times. It is not whole fish but rather a frozen fillet, of course for this area I realize there is not fresh seafood but it could have Ben better, how, idk. We each had 1 glass of wine and slit a desert, the bill was $107, with tip $ Atmosphere is cute, old cowboy memorabilia etc, typical for the area. Good location!

It was not my idea to come here my sweet niece was the one who wanted steak and well who am I to tell her no?! We walked into the steakhouse side only to stand there another couple walked in and we were all quickly ushered out by a host, to go sit in the bar area... the host then tried to seat the couple who came in after first which wouldn't have been a huge deal if I didn't have a kid who was starving. Thankfully the other party told him we had been waiting. We were sat at a high top in the bar, and waited.. the bar tender came around and let us know she'd be our waitress, the main waitress was very busy. There was also a man who worked there that kept walking by looking at us. Not sure if we weren't fancy enough or he thought we were going to eat and run or what.. to be fair we were in jeans and a sweatshirt and had just come from the canyon.. I will say the reason we stayed (besides being hungry) was our waitress. She made us feel welcome, and despite being busy checked in regularly. I asked about the filet she said it was truly really good... and my niece got the steak tips. We both enjoyed the dinner... the filet was tender, cooked to a perfect medium... could have used a little more seasoning but still good. The baked potatoes had everything to stuff it with on the side... and the asparagus was delicious and cooked perfectly. Do I think it was 56 good mehhhh but it was still tasty. I had to taste the steak bites and that was delicious too! Fries however were over cooked. Like I said, the bar tender/ waitress came back and checked on us several times - she was great which is why this is a 4 star review not a 3 star. Her kindness is why I am overlooking the other issues we had.

My wife went with the Nathan's hot dog loaded up with chili, cheese, and onions. Honestly, that was the safe play and it paid off. The hot dog was good. Solid. Dependable. It did not try to reinvent the wheel or elevate the hot dog experience. It just showed up, did its job, and moved on with its life. Respect. I decided to get adventurous with the Native Taco. And by adventurous, I mean I ordered something that is basically chili, cheese, onions, lettuce, and salsa sitting on what I can only describe as pizza dough. So imagine a taco. Now imagine a slice of pizza. Now combine them and remove most of the seasoning. That's the experience. It's actually an interesting concept. I'll give them that. Taco pizza energy. But everything kind of blended together into one unified note of... fine. Not bad. Not offensive. Just polite. It felt like all the ingredients had a meeting beforehand and agreed not to outshine each other. The hot chocolate was good though. No sarcasm there. It hit the spot, especially with that canyon air reminding you you're not at sea level anymore. All in all, it's three stars. You're at the Grand Canyon. You're not here for culinary fireworks. You're here for one of the greatest natural wonders on earth. The food is there to keep you upright and moving toward the rim. Mission accomplished.

It's well-stocked with everything from fresh produce and meats to souvenirs and alcohol. Prices are typical for a grocery store...some great deals, some pricey. We hit the deli and used the convenient walk-up kiosks to order the Reuben and the Chipotle Chicken sandwiches. Both were really good, satisfying, and came with a side of Lays chips. There's plenty of seating to eat inside, but it's also perfect for grab-and-go if you want to enjoy your meal with a canyon view.
