Pizza

Stupid name for a restaurant, but limited choices in the area. You order at the counter and they will "buzz" you when food is ready. We came here for dinner. Crazy overpriced, but overall pizza and beer options were good. Tables and floors were dirty, not to mention nobody bussing debris stacked tables the entire hour plus that we were there.

We Cook Special 16" pizza

04/14/26 We ordered the We Cook Special 16" pizza and the Famous Hot Wings after a long day of hiking. The pizza was fresh, hot, and delicious. The toppings were perfect and the crust was cooked just right. The wings were just as delicious. They were crispy and the sauce was flavorful. The wings were accompanied by ranch, celery, and carrots. The wings were a bit spicy, but the ranch was the perfect solution. It was just two of us and we were so full that we took half the pizza back to our hotel to enjoy the next day for dinner.

We had the "works " pizza. It was very good. A little skimpy on the sauce but good. Had a bud light and a Stella - the bud light tasted off - but for the amount of people in there it was good. We arrived when a bus of orientals were just in front of us and they were rude as they have been everywhere else we have been. This is no fault of the pizza place.

Fried zucchini and fried mushrooms

Ordered over the phone for takeout. Very friendly over the phone and the food was ready for pickup in 15 min but we were disappointed in the food. Pizza was honestly just not good for the amount of money we paid. $90 for 2 pizza and 2 appetizers. We understand it's a tourist town and I'm okay to pay for the tourist price, but at least we hoped to get what we paid for. The pizza dough was dry and tough to eat. The chicken on the bbq chicken was very dry. "The Works" could use more work. Really felt like it was cafeteria pizza that was just reheated. We did enjoy the fried zucchini and fried mushrooms though. Maybe it was just an off day but definitely felt like we overpaid.

Stopped by We Cook Pizza & Pasta while staying near the Grand Canyon and really liked the casual and cozy ambiance, much appreciated after a long day. Even though the restaurant was packed, our food came out surprisingly quickly, which was a big plus. It's a counter-service setup, where you place your order at the cashier and your food is prepared for pickup once it's ready. We ordered the Hot & Spicy Wings and The Works pizza. The wings were definitely the highlight: crunchy, flavorful, and had just the right amount of heat. The Works pizza (their take on a supreme) was decent but overall pretty average. The toppings were fine, but the crust wasn't very crispy when it came out, which took away from the pizza a bit. Overall, it's a convenient and comfortable spot in the area with fast service. While the pizza didn't stand out, the wings and cozy atmosphere make it a solid option if you're staying nearby.

Pre-packaged salad

Three only because the pizza toppings were good. Sign said FRESH Salad- that is a LIE. It is pre-packaged and parts were brown. Service- ummm what service? And they want a tip.... You have to get your menu, order at the counter, get your water, napkins and silverware. The only service they provided was the cooking of the pizza. Which was paid for. Tipping is foe an extra service, which was not provided. And I am at least a 20% tipper. Tables were not clean. $50 for two pizzas and a salad. Dont waste your time. Goto Pizza Hut and I dont even like the Hut.

Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza (includes red onions)

I strongly believe the key to a great pizza is the crust. This place has it going on. When you walk in the door, you seat yourself & then order at the counter & given a buzzer. It was over $40 for buffalo wings and a 10 in pizza but it was good enough to go back for a second time during our trip. The second visit we ordered a Hawaiian Pizza and Chef Salad. The salad was fresh and crisp with an assortment of vegetables. The pizza had great flavor, the amazing crust and awesome cheese pull. One of the better restaurants if you visit the area.

We came here after a day of hiking and we're ready to grub! The cashiers were really friendly and served us within 10 minutes. The food was pizza was flavorful and the wings were nice and crispy with good flavor. They had plenty of seating with even outdoor seating with trees and shade. We went in the afternoon so it was nice to sit outside.

$20 worth of food

Wanted to pick up some lunch on our way out of the Grand Canyon and made the mistake of not just getting a salad from the grocery store in the park. The salad from there would have had cheese and protein for a lower price. Tomatoes were old and soggy in my salad so I had to take them out. Husband got the cheapest pizza since the prices were insane, and $12 for what compares to a microwave personal pizza is still insane.

Ribeye steak, seasonal veggies and onion rings with a non-alcoholic beer bottle. The beer glass is my partner's draft beer.

The food prices are too high considering the quality is nowhere near El Tovar dining room. Service is ok but not as good as El Tavor service. I ordered seasonal veggies and onion rings along with my steak, very oily veggies. The waiter didn't offer me a beer glass. He just gave me an opened beer bottle. Bottled non-alcoholic beer costs $7 while at El Tovar non-alcoholic cocktail only costs $4.5. El Tovar has the best view and best service in addition to the best food, while the price is slightly cheaper than this steakhouse. I would choose El Tovar anytime over this overpriced steakhouse. Their menu doesn't have T-bone steak. Menu has prime ribs, but the waiter said they didn't have.

Casual atmosphere with good pizza and beer selection. It was on the pricey side but first restaurant outside the South Rim.

Lasagna is delicious! Pizza, though not the best I've eaten, are pretty good. Prices reasonable for the canyon!

The pizza was very good after a long day exploring the Grand Canyon! We called in our order from the park and it was ready when we arrived.

I definitely wanted a beanie to help with the wind chill, and so did my daughters. Visited this store while my daughters stayed in line at Starbucks. Was able to find a beanie for each of us. There were a lot of cute items available for purchase, including some Snoopy items! Loved the self-checkout option as well. Prices are a little bit higher than you might expect. Super convenient though, if you ever find yourself in a pinch for something in this area.

The male cashier looked me up and down as I approached the register. I politely told him I didn't need a bag, and instead of responding professionally, he tossed my shirt onto the counter with an obvious attitude and walked away without saying a word. I say thank you after and did it 2x just checking if he responded not just turn back on me. The entire interaction made me feel unwelcome and singled out. I can't say for certain what his intentions were, but the way I was treated left me feeling that my race may have played a role. Whether intentional or not, his behavior came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Customer service should make everyone feel welcome and respected. I hope management addresses this so other customers don't have a similar experience.
