We were told that, for "safety reasons," moving the tables would result in a $10,000 fee. We were then directed toward other restaurants that were supposedly more "economic" and "reasonable." We found that comment particularly unnecessary and condescending. If a restaurant chooses not to accommodate a larger party, that's understandable, but there are much more professional and respectful ways to communicate that to customers. This whole interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. We come from Las Vegas and understand how restaurants are supposed to treat their customers with basic courtsey.
