From lower back pain, it moved to my upper back/spine and caused me to have pain when inhaling deeply. I started to feel very worried and uncomfortable. Dr.Meng was so attentive and really cared about my treatment and recovery. I was able to see her the same day I called her. I got a cupping session + acupuncture. After my treatment, I knew I immediately felt better with the tension in my back. I still had some slight pain but nothing like I felt the morning before I saw her. The following day after getting some rest, the pain completely went away! I'm in awe and so grateful for the treatment. The chest pain, the difficulty breathing, everything is gone. I can confidently say I'm about 95% recovered. I highly recommend her as she is incredibly knowledgable, attentive, and skilled. I'll make another appointment with her and can't wait for it.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Z!…read more I saw her after about three weeks of severe sciatica pain. The pain was constant unless I took ibuprofen, and I didn't want to go to a regular doctor just to be told to take pain medication. I also had body aches, stiffness throughout my body, a very stiff shoulder and neck, and poor sleep from the pain. At 47, I honestly felt like I was 80. From the moment I met Dr. Z, she listened carefully and took the time to understand all of my symptoms. She explained the treatment plan she thought would help, and I immediately felt I was in caring, knowledgeable hands. Right after my appointment, I already felt more relaxed and had more energy. The next morning, I was amazed my sciatica pain was about 99% gone. My body felt looser, my neck was no longer stiff, and even my frozen shoulder, which wasn't the main focus of treatment, felt much better. I didn't expect such a dramatic improvement after just one visit. Dr. Z also gave me a deep massage that was intense at times, but clearly helped release a lot of tightness. She is kind, compassionate, and truly cares about her patients. She made me feel heard, and the results speak for themselves. I'm looking forward to continuing treatment and seeing even more improvement. Thank you, Dr. Z! You gave me hope when I really needed it.

However I prefer an acupuncturist that sits down to learn holistically about my health and takes time to understand my issues and that didn't happen. It isn't somewhere I plan on going again, but if you're looking for quick service this is your place! I also prefer to sit with the needles much longer than I did (maybe 10-15 min?, whereas I benefit from 25-40 min) and I got cupping done too but it was the suction ones, not the real fire ones and I much prefer the glass / fire over plastic/ suction.

I am so grateful I went to see Dr. Lee. He has a calm and grounding presence and is incredibly knowledgeable in chiropractic care and Eastern medicine, and I left feeling supported, understood, and more at ease in both my body and mind. I believe movement is medicine, and that our bodies can hold onto stress and experiences that may impact how we feel physically and emotionally. Through Dr. Lee's work with the NET technique, I was able to uncover emotional patterns that I didn't realize were affecting certain areas of my life. The experience brought real emotional clarity and helped me feel more connected to the physical and emotional changes I was experiencing. I also brought my son to see Dr. Lee and appreciate how gentle and welcoming he was with him. My son felt comfortable right away, and it was clear that Dr. Lee truly looks at the whole person, not just the symptoms. I highly recommend Dr. Jerry to anyone looking for a more holistic approach to wellness and meaningful improvements in both emotional and physical well-being.

During one of the most painful times of my life, he supported me in a way I'll always be grateful for. The NET session helped me release emotional stress that felt deeply stuck in my nervous system, and I genuinely felt lighter and more balanced afterward...something that isn't easy during grief. He also introduced me to LightStim therapy, which was a whole body red light that was incredibly relaxing and helped with inflammation, muscle soreness, and shoulder tension, leaving my body feeling calmer and more supported in recovery. Also really appreciate how intentional he is about what he offers...from clean, high-quality supplements to foot bath detox machines backed by real testing that showed measurable reductions in heavy metals. That level of care builds real trust. He's helped my mom as well, and everyone we've referred to him loves him. Dr. Jerry Lee is an amazing soul with a truly caring heart, and I can't recommend him enough.

Unfortunately, the office experience is always a gamble. Today I bought a $100 gift card for a referral as they always need new patients and my friend could really use their services. They made me go across the street to get cash and then they still did not validate my parking, saying that I needed a service before I could do that even though I spent $100 in my faces on their brochure. Even though I asked them to talk to their manager, they said that their manager was not available, who I know. They came to my wedding. So I'm just not sure who to believe, and I am not taking care of which worries me about the rest of their patients. With all the experience that we have had together, and the fact that I trust, no other acupuncture office, I can't give them anything less than five stars, and I never will. There is nobody else I could go to. But I do hope that they start letting their customers get validated when they are paying customers, that is how you make money in a business ethically.
