There are a lot of sweet, hard-working employees here, however it's very hit or miss. My most recent experience was so uncomfortable, that I won't be returning. The location is very convenient, the prices are pretty good and there are many employees working, which is great for limiting wait time. However, I think some of the employees need a little refresher in customer service and adjustments in their attitude. I think they forget that where and what services customers put their money into is totally our choice, and I personally prefer to support businesses that treat their customers with respect and sincerity rather than see dollar signs on our foreheads and nothing else. Don't get me wrong, business is business, obviously the purpose is to make money, but there are much classier and discrete ways to speak to customers rather than screaming that they MUST PAY NOW before you're even halfway done with the service, being mimicked when you tell the massage guy that no you don't want another 10 minutes for $10 and that you're good with just the first complementary 10 minutes (and plan to tip of course), your nail technician standing behind you waiting for her tip for an awkward amount of time while YOUR NAILS ARE STILL DRYING, and the massage guy watching you while your nails are drying to see if you'll be putting money in the tip jar before you leave as well. Not to mention, some of male technicians there need to be a little more discrete when staring down female customers like objects. Also, I hope they clean that hair clip that's used to put customer hair up before massages. read more
