Person taking the phone calls has the etiquette of a 2-year-old toddler who thinks they are the most important person in the world - and that we are all a "nuisance" or "burdens". Have asked multiple times, they hang up the phone multiple times, and if people get a job done they complain about the price OR that the person @ the front is a bit of a toad who probably refuses to work and take calls... I would assume this is in some way a person related to the owner as nothing has changed in the last 2.5 years. Go to any other locksmith company in Las Vegas, they will be cheaper, more accommodating, and hopefully not rude (like these folks - I want to use a word that is not folks however I will get into trouble & the review will get deleted.) read more

DO NOT use this company under any circumstances. They charged me $2,225 for a $200 door handle and will not return my phone calls when I call to discuss the invoice. I've called them 5 times, I have not received a single call back. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because no one will call to discuss it. Now when I call them to discuss it they just hang up on me immediately. STAY AWAY, they are price gougers and don't tell you the price ahead of time. And the phone number and email they put on their invoice is bogus, neither of them work. I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau next. read more

Something about this company is off. My daughter had them come out to her vehicle as the key was lost. After he quoted us for replacing the key (we had to make 2 for some reason) the cost was $1,200. My daughter gave him her visa and he said his reader was broken. He wanted Zelle or Cash. She said she didn't have $1,200 cash and he said he'd follow her to the ATM. Again she said, she didn't have $1,200 and that it needed to go on the card. He then emailed her an invoice and then she paid online. The invoice was not from YH Lock and Security it was from Nevada locksmith. Something shady is happening here. read more

The receptionist at this establishment is both INCOMPETENT and DISCOURTEOUS. Despite multiple calls requesting an invoice, she repeatedly insists that the technician will follow up, which has yet to occur. Each time, she tells me to hold for a moment, only to rudely hang up. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business. If such a simple task cannot be handled appropriately, it raises serious concerns about your overall service quality. Also they charge up the ass. Do not use this service!! Call literally any other locksmith in the valley! We spent $325 on a new key fob for my college son (the car he bought only came with the spare key). The key fob has never worked properly, from day 1. After several days of just thinking the key fob buttons need to be used to get it going, I finally contacted the office the let them know. The technician contacted me and let me know he would meet me halfway, so we picked a meeting spot, and he never met me. When I reached out asking where he was, he told me he had a business to run. Ok.... We meet the next day at the meeting spot, does something to make the key work while he's there, but what do you know it doesn't work properly the very same night. I waited another week to see if my son and I just needed to learn how to push the buttons on the key fob () but still no properly working key after 3 weeks. I emailed AND text, MULTIPLE times, with absolutely zero response. No one has contacted me back regarding this issue. We wanted a properly working key fob, and since that product wasn't provided, I asked for a refund. It's been dead silent from this company. I would never recommend this unprofessional company to anyone, and would even encourage people to stay away from it. read more

Do not use this company. I used this company back in May 2024 to have a replacement car key made and programmed. I ended paying over $500 for 2 keys and neither were programmed properly. I still don't have power locks and can only unlock and lock my car manually. I've dealt with Jay 3-4 times and each time it's a different problem. First it was my alarm so we had the alarm removed, then he said it was a fuse that caused the programming issue, so I took my car to get the fuse looked at and was told there wasn't any fuse issue, now my lock on my driver door fell off. I called the company back and asked to have a different tech sent out and they refused. They said only Jay can come if I don't want to repay for their services yet the service was never completed. I asked to speak to a manager or the owner and they said they weren't available until after 4pm. Jay came back and refused to finish the programming advising me to go to Honda. So I paid over $500 for some dummy keys that don't work properly. Now that I called all three numbers on their website the lady keeps hanging up on me. First she said she couldn't find me in the system and got frustrated and hung upon me. The second call the lady picked up and as soon as I said my name she told me yes you've called 3 times now and hung up. I will be going to the better business bureau with this because I can't believe that they do business this way. Please avoid this company at all costs. Notice that when you call they don't even say the company name they just answer saying hello. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Was quoted $450 for 2 new keys for our vehicle and then charged us $844. The tech said he would call me back for payment but instead told my wife that they "only accepted Zelle or cash". Then provided an invoice with ZERO information and twice the amount (telephone number even said 111-1111. No address, no name, NOTHING). I tried calling the tech who would not answer. I called their office and nicely explained the situation and was hung up on by the receptionist. She then refused calls from my number and hung up on me several times. I called from another number to hopefully talk to a manager or someone else. She answered and once I explained (nicely, again) she just hung up on me. The receptionist is acting like a child in this situation when all I'm wanting is an explanation as to why I was charged $844 when I was quoted $450. The whole experience felt like a coordinated scam- blank invoice, double the payment, cash or Zelle only... I hope hundreds, if not thousands of people take a moment to read this review. If there is anyway to contact me through this app, I will gladly share everything I have to show the number of times they hung up on me as well as a picture of the invoice and security pictures of their employee and the service truck to prove this was the company and what a SCAM JOB they are running. read more

BEWARE of this company! They charged us $800 for less than 5 minutes of work. The tech wouldn't tell us the charges when we asked. He said the office would figure that out as we handed him our credit card. After he ran the card and gave us our receipt we saw that our card was charged over $800. When we asked why it was that much he gave us a BS answer about the quality of servicing our camper costing more. I'm trying to contact them to adjust this unfair price (maybe someone there has some morals?) But so far no one will call me back.
