Charles was here to service my tankless hot water heater on 3/17…read more He called ahead to let us know that he was on his way and arrived right on the scheduled time. He explained what was necessary, performed the service and went over all details with me. There were no surprises and the unit works perfectly. I have used Plumbsmart for the past 3 years and they are always upfront about everything. I will definitely use them in the future. Rich C

Plumbing has been a challenge for me since my dad passed away, he used to handle everything around…read morethe house. Because of that, I try to be careful when hiring someone, especially since he always warned me about dishonest plumbers. I recently had PlumbSmart come out to look at my water heater, which is still under full warranty, and I made that clear from the start. Despite that, the plumber recommended a $560 gas valve replacement(covered by warranty btw). He also quoted me $1,312.50 to replace the entire water heater even though it's under warranty and tried to justify it by pointing to a slow leak and minor calcium buildup on the hot water pipe. That didn't sit right with me. If the unit is under warranty, I don't understand why I would be paying over $1,300 for a replacement. It felt like I was being pushed toward unnecessary or overpriced work. I'm sharing this so others can be aware and ask questions and take your time doing research before agreeing to costly repairs. I'd strongly recommend getting a second opinion and confirming what your warranty actually covers before moving forward.

After I gave them the info on the water heater, I got a quote. They were able to come to my home,…read moresame day, within a few hours, I spoke to Nick the technician and told me that it would take 90 mi uses to remove and replace my water heater. It was done in exactly that time frame. Very professional and friendly. The quote I received is what I paid including tax. Would highly recommend this company for thier efficiency, craftsmanship, and timeliness.

I think I posted here previously about their amazing customer service and pricing. I'm even happier…read moretoday. I called because I have two smaller things I needed to fix. One I tried and couldn't figure out and the other I had zero clue. I called and requested the service, I was called back within an hour, had a great conversation with Melanie who advised me to send pictures to Nick the plumber. Nick called me, listened to me explain the issue, I answered a few questions and he explained what I needed to do. Took me all of 5 min for one issue and the other should take about 10 min. This is extremely helpful, because I did nothing special, I just had no clue what to do, but instead of charging me a service fee and spending 15 min at my home (like previous companies have done in the past), Nick saved me money and time, in turn freeing him or someone else there up to help other customers that truly need a plumber. KUDOS to you all on your business model. You have a customer for life.
