We have an XL crystal chandelier in the entry way of our two story home that needed to be cleaned/ bulbs replaced and we also needed our carpets cleaned. I had them do window and gutter cleaning and rescreen all my screens with a heavier screen. The screens I had before were a flimsy netting that I paid another company to rescreen before and I was disappointed when I received them from the Concord company that rescreened it. THIS time it is much stronger and sturdier. I liked this netting material much better. So I am happy with the results. They are also finding a metal screening for the bottom of my patio door because of my German Shepherd who likes to jump. Overall, I am happy with the results of everything and prompt work. A few days later, Troy had a member from his team at the house. The young man that cleaned the windows was polite and professional. He spent a few hours cleaning the windows including the hard to reach bay windows. The young man did a great job. I have used several companies in the past but this was by far the best. They have zero follow through. A one Star because someone called and said he wasn't able to make it out but he'd be out the next day after 1pm. That day came and went. I have lived in my house for over 15 years. I have never even thought of the importance to have my gutters cleaned! In the past few years, I began to have roof and leak issues and was told several times, I needed my gutters cleaned. I am writing a second review for Yes We Do Windows that is equally as glowing as my first review. I recently had a time-sensitive, heavily labor-driven task that needed to be completed. Troy Davis and his team at Yes We Do Windows came to the rescue again. I had a 110" Theater Cabinet with a solid piece of granite glued to the top that needed to be unbolted and moved from the wall to allow for new carpet install. The cabinet also required that eight grommet holes be drilled to allow for ventilation of electronic equipment. The cabinet was built in place in a house we just purchased. I'm assuming the previous owner intended that the cabinet was never meant to be moved. I called at least 6 construction contractors to get bids. Three contractors wanted nothing to do with it and the other three wanted a tremendous amount of money without assuming any liability should the granite crack during movement. I then called Troy to see if this was a job his team could do for me. Without hesitation, Troy and two of his employees came to my house that afternoon, assessed the project and said they could do it at a very reasonable cost. Troy's employees, Scott and Mike, completed the job with great success and with no damage to the large, very heavy granite top. I was tremendously relieved once this difficult job was successfully complete. I couldn't have asked for more qualified workers or better customer service. Lesson learned: Please don't limit this business to just "washing windows." They do and are so much more. Broke down everything into an itemized estimate so we were able to understand costs and choose the right services that fit in our budget. Crew came out later that week, professional and polite. They worked hard throughout the evening and identified some additional bird proofing (and a missing vent cap that could have caused water damage to our home) that would help in the future. This is the first time I have called upon them for cleaning windows and screens as well as for cleaning gutters and downspouts and we are very impressed!
