I am updating a prior review. I changed my review from 4 stars to 5 stars. Joshua and his crew did a fabulous job on my solar panels, my windows, and my house wash. House wash was very thorough and included the fence, sauna and patio table and chairs. The first time he was here there were some streaks on many windows which I why I rated 4. Solar Shine came by and cleaned the solar panels on my roof. The technician (Tyler) was very professional and friendly. He did the job in a timely manner and left the solar panels squeaky clean and shiny. Solar Shine's cost is very reasonable and I would recommend them if you want a professional job at the lowest cost (I researched 5 solar panel cleaning companies and they were the most inexpensive with a 5 start Yelp rating). Called for a quote for our roof to have bird abatement and mesh under solar panels to prevent birds. Josh was honestly great at explaining. Did free estimate, took pictures. Sent quote to clean and wire panels for $3600!!!! His estimate was higher for me than had I used him through my solar company. He sent pictures, yes it was lots of bird poop but come on. He said I needed $2000 for 4 men at 8 hours to clean roof and panels was his explanation!!!!! The house is 2500 sq feet total. It took 2 men, 8 hours to install 30 solar panels and solar unit! Not to just clean with water. RIDICULOUS!!! Needless to say, I paid $1800 from a reputable company, for 2 men in 4 hours to do the cleaning, bird abatement and the gutters too. We just moved into a new (to us) home in Brentwood. We had never had solar before so were at a bit of a loss. So I called him, he sent me an immediate quote over the phone and I scheduled an appointment. He came out and did the work, great job.
