Even though Edward said he would clean the solar panels and remove the pigeon poop around the solar panels, there are obvious heavy droppings all around the solar panels that he did not remove and the solar panels were untouched. Basically we only got half of what was promised to us and we even tipped him. Very sad. I'm going to hire the same person from East Bay Solar Cleaning to also clean my roof since Edward didn't remove the pigeon poop.

Gabriel (the owner) and his crew showed up on time and were done with everything within a couple hours, and it was a fair bit of effort since it hadn't been done in several years + the fact there's a large pine tree right next to our home. At the end, Gabriel billed me toward the lower end of his estimate, and I thought it was very reasonable for the scope of work, time here, and cost of materials which were included (the gutter guards). He transparently gave me the Home Depot receipt for the gutter guards and also gave me the remaining ones left in the box to keep at the end. I definitely plan to engage with Gabriel at least every two years for all our roof/gutter/downspout cleaning & related needs in the future and highly recommend him to others as well. I emailed the inspection report to them when we scheduled their estimate visit. They sent someone out who looked at the roof and said they couldn't go up there to inspect because the roof material (metal) wouldn't support his weight (despite the roof material being clearly stated in the report I sent them ahead of time and the previous inspector walking around up there no problem). The person they sent said neither he nor anyone else at the company received the inspection report I sent so I re-emailed it while he was here and he did a cursory inspection by walking around the house (i.e., not actually getting on the roof). He said they'd send an estimate within 5 business days. That was 13 calendar days ago, or about 8 or 9 business days ago, and I haven't heard anything since then.

He requested my address, used Google Maps to inspect the roof remotely, and we quickly scheduled a full gutter cleaning. The service included complete removal of debris from the roof and gutters, a thorough rinse of the entire gutter system, flushing all downspouts to ensure proper drainage, and photos and videos of the completed work sent directly to my phone. Here's where things got even better. While cleaning the gutters, Joshua noticed several roof tiles that were cracked or out of place likely the real source of our leak. This is a problem, because: 1. Each time I emailed, a different person answered. Probably 20 emails over 1 week were arranged before I could get a quote and schedule cleaning. Because emails would usually arrive late at night or around 2-4AM, I guessed the emailers were located outside of the US. 2. Phone calls are not effective. Email info could easily have been conveyed in a 5-minute phone call, but when I called, the representative didn't know anything about scheduling. 3. A third-party cleaner comes to your house. This means there isn't consistency in quality. The cleaners complained that there was too much work and that it would take a 2-person team 4 hours to do the work (clean 1.5 bathrooms, put about less than 10 dishes in the dishwasher). One worker did dishes only during this time (at $40/hr, that's about $4/dish). The other cleaned the bathrooms. And of course they finished in less than 1 hour. 4. Communication with the third-party cleaner was poor. After all the time I spent emailing about what would be included, none of the details they asked about were conveyed. This was part of the time I paid for, because 1 worker called their supervisor to try to get out of doing the work.

Adam came back when he had enough open schedule to fix everything and some parts were shipped in. An incredibly nice guy, and just an incredibly fair and integrity oriented operation. All the vendors I evaluated were five stars with many reviews, but Letts was the only one that didn't feel like I was being upsold and he was just out there to help me solve my problems. Pedro, who I think is the owner was wonderful. It's been raining this week and when the rain slowed down he called and asked if he could come today instead of next week to clean my gutters. He showed up on time and keep me informed on the progress by texting me photos of the gutters before and after! I thought this was a great thing to do as I was able to see the work for myself. Birds were nesting away under there. The spikes that were previously installed were all falling off so he redid all of that with new and improved materials. He did a very thorough job in cleaning every spot and provides pictures of before and after. Very happy with his work

We contracted Reasonable Remodels to remodel our bathroom, including the shower with tiling the…read morewalls and tiling the bathroom floor. The Pedestal sink was damaged (cracked) by Reasonable Remodels crew before they installed it. They offered to replace it but never did. There are numerous issues with the installation of the tiles. Pictures with descriptions show the many issues. Reasonable Remodels proposed to: "Straighten any uneven tile edges Level any tiles that are too high or low Properly seal the shower handle plate Replace the pedestal sink with the correct unit" Reasonable Remodels replied to our list of issues: "We're a small operation--not a large company with endless resources--but that's also reflected in our pricing." Their proposal to straighten uneven tile edges and level tiles too high or too low was not sufficient. The shower walls and bathroom floor tiles needed to be demolished and completely redone. We decided NOT to have Reasonable Remodels attempt any rework. The quality of their initial work did not merit them performing any other work on our property.

House wash was very thorough and included the fence, sauna and patio table and chairs. The first time he was here there were some streaks on many windows which I why I rated 4. But they came out and fixed that so everything looks shining and fantastic! Thanks Joshua for a great job! Cudos to you and your team!

They even went the extra mile and made sure the lighted Christmas trees would be secure when it got windy. They just came back and installed more spike strips to keep the pigeons away.
