Set up a day for Top G Solar to come over and we couldn't be more pleased. Roof looks completely changed and the solar panels are spotless. Couldn't have asked for a better job. We reached out to so many bird abatement companies but either they didn't support residential units or they didn't accommodate high roofs (3 stories in our case). It turned out to be one of the best home maintenance decisions I've made. I contacted Joshua through Yelp Messenger, and he responded almost immediately with a quote. He requested my address, used Google Maps to inspect the roof remotely, and we quickly scheduled a full gutter cleaning. The service included complete removal of debris from the roof and gutters, a thorough rinse of the entire gutter system, flushing all downspouts to ensure proper drainage, and photos and videos of the completed work sent directly to my phone. Here's where things got even better. While cleaning the gutters, Joshua noticed several roof tiles that were cracked or out of place likely the real source of our leak. After a quick trip to the hardware store for some roof tile repair adhesive, the problem was fixed. Joshua, it was an absolute pleasure working with you. This is a problem, because: 1. Each time I emailed, a different person answered. Probably 20 emails over 1 week were arranged before I could get a quote and schedule cleaning. Because emails would usually arrive late at night or around 2-4AM, I guessed the emailers were located outside of the US. 2. Phone calls are not effective. Email info could easily have been conveyed in a 5-minute phone call, but when I called, the representative didn't know anything about scheduling. 3. A third-party cleaner comes to your house. This means there isn't consistency in quality. The cleaners complained that there was too much work and that it would take a 2-person team 4 hours to do the work (clean 1.5 bathrooms, put about less than 10 dishes in the dishwasher). One worker did dishes only during this time (at $40/hr, that's about $4/dish). The other cleaned the bathrooms. And of course they finished in less than 1 hour. 4. Communication with the third-party cleaner was poor. After all the time I spent emailing about what would be included, none of the details they asked about were conveyed. This was part of the time I paid for, because 1 worker called their supervisor to try to get out of doing the work.

Adam came back when he had enough open schedule to fix everything and some parts were shipped in. An incredibly nice guy, and just an incredibly fair and integrity oriented operation. All the vendors I evaluated were five stars with many reviews, but Letts was the only one that didn't feel like I was being upsold and he was just out there to help me solve my problems. Pedro, who I think is the owner was wonderful. It's been raining this week and when the rain slowed down he called and asked if he could come today instead of next week to clean my gutters. Price was incredibly reasonable but they pointed out that our roof (among many others on the street) had algae on it. House is 28 years old and never had the tiles cleaned. Gave us a quote for power washing the roof, cleaning/bird proofing the panels and cleaning out all the gutters for what seemed a ridiculously good price. Set up a day for Top G Solar to come over and we couldn't be more pleased. Roof looks completely changed and the solar panels are spotless. Couldn't have asked for a better job. If you are looking to get this done to your house, or any other myriad of home improvement projects, definitely give these guys call. Great work done by great people.

The quality of his work was great and realiable…read morefrom beginning to end of this project. we were struggling with bird droppings for a while until my poor husband who has been sweeping the side yard everyday, finally had had enough. thankfully we came across Plinio's business! he took drone pictures at the start to show us the roof, and it was ridiculous, a job that felt hopeless. it was even worse when he physically got up there! those pictures were helpful and critical in our decision making to just go for it because from the beginning he was already impressively thorough! we watched Plinio work so diligently on this project. the results were astounding. no complaints at all. very pleasant to work with and well worth the value of his charge. we highly recommend this business!

Birds were nesting away under there. The spikes that were previously installed were all falling off so he redid all of that with new and improved materials. He did a very thorough job in cleaning every spot and provides pictures of before and after. Very happy with his work

We contracted Reasonable Remodels to remodel our bathroom, including the shower with tiling the…read morewalls and tiling the bathroom floor. The Pedestal sink was damaged (cracked) by Reasonable Remodels crew before they installed it. They offered to replace it but never did. There are numerous issues with the installation of the tiles. Pictures with descriptions show the many issues. Reasonable Remodels proposed to: "Straighten any uneven tile edges Level any tiles that are too high or low Properly seal the shower handle plate Replace the pedestal sink with the correct unit" Reasonable Remodels replied to our list of issues: "We're a small operation--not a large company with endless resources--but that's also reflected in our pricing." Their proposal to straighten uneven tile edges and level tiles too high or too low was not sufficient. The shower walls and bathroom floor tiles needed to be demolished and completely redone. We decided NOT to have Reasonable Remodels attempt any rework. The quality of their initial work did not merit them performing any other work on our property.

They even went the extra mile and made sure the lighted Christmas trees would be secure when it got windy. They just came back and installed more spike strips to keep the pigeons away.
