After all the exciting news, I finally entered the room with all the goodies. Greeted and provided knowledge of the place, brands and how to maneuver through the store. I used the kiosk to place my order. Similar interface to other stores I've been too. Staff was friendly all throughout my visit. I returned a second time, different staff but all with smiling faces. I also received five unsolicited calls from management attempting to move this off written record. I've been a loyal customer of Elemental Wellness for over a decade, but the service has sharply declined this past year, and today's experience was the final straw. What Happened: * I placed a delivery order scheduled between 12:00-2:00 PM and stayed home the entire time. * I received no text updates, despite requesting them in the additional notes. I received no call even though they stated that they did call me, and no one rang my doorbell for a delivery order. I received no email update that my order had been cancelled either, just that it was on time and would be delivered in the requested timeframe. * At 2:15 PM, with no delivery or communication, I called the store. The associate was rude, accusatory and claimed the driver arrived and called me at 12:38 PM, which never happened. I received no call, no text, and no doorbell ring. I did receive an attitude, hella "sorry's and reprocess the order yourself." I reprocessed the order myself, I requested a supervisor and spoke with Sylvio, who assured me the order would be reprocessed and that my phone number was accurately updated. Frustrated, I submitted a one-star review detailing my experience. After that, the order stayed in "verify" status for over an hour, which is far from normal. I eventually canceled and reordered for pickup, and the same delays and lack of confirmation happened again. This experience shows a petty and careless attitude toward customer feedback. It's clear that Elemental Wellness no longer values customer experience, and I'm extremely disappointed. I will be taking my loyalty and business elsewhere.

I gave my order to the guy helping me and he input into a tablet that sends the order to the back for fulfillment and they call your name when it's ready. As I waited I walked around and instantly saw something else I wanted. I approached the counter and the girl was nice to help me add it to my order, not an issue. I waited about 10mins for my order to be filled, not bad. They have a good variety and everyone who works here was nice. I would go back!

Concentrates are minimal -- typically limited to ABX (around $30), Raw Garden ($35-$40), and Almora Farms, which is often priced significantly higher than what you'll find at other dispensaries in the area. For shoppers specifically looking for live rosin or a broader extract selection, the options are extremely limited. Pricing is where the biggest concern lies. Premium flower such as UpNorth listed at $75-$80 per eighth is difficult to justify in the current market. At that price point, it feels disconnected from standard San Jose pricing and edges into what many would consider excessive. Imani and his team have built strong relationships with myself and several of my friends who were customers. As a leader myself, Imani has all the qualities of a great Manager. His Employees work hard and I would always notice how respectful they are towards him and I. There is a strong positive vibe at Medmen San Jose and it is reflective in the culture and high standards Imani and his team have created. It is a shame that Medmen closed down as I was noticing great improvements ever since Imani was hired. If Medmen reopens I strongly hope Imani becomes Manager once again.
