This year after our car was returned from Florida our car was mud caked, truly mud caked, unlike any other time in the past. After we had the car washed the entire car was spotted. We had it washed second and 3d times and the spots remained. CHIPs refused to deal with the car, saying if I didn't want it to be dirty I should send it in an enclosed truck. In order for the spots to be removed the car needs a special surface finishing treatment. CHIPS has lost our business and I would not recommend them.

They did not offer another service on their end, I had to keep telling them I needed to have the vehicle removed from the dealership by a specific timeframe. Once the other company picked up, a few days went by and I called to get an ETA because they said I would be able to check on my shipment. They gave me the run around and said they had no way og knowing. After calling and being transferred around 6-7 times, I finally got a representative that was able to assist me and put me on contact with the driver. I would not recommend that you use this company at all. It's not worth the stress and they never offered any sort of compensation for my troubles. Stay away from this company. Nonetheless, the delivery driver delivered my vehicle after dark. I was also told that the vehicle should not be delivered after dark. I'm glad everything turned out to be OK in the end. But save yourself a headache. It's not worth the money.

Since I was moving out of Orlando right after Hurricane Irma, I was naturally worried that stuff would get stuck in the infrastructural mess that followed, but to my surprise it ended up arriving promptly on the promised date.
