I go in and he ask if everything is good, and if I want to continue my medication, it's like $150 for just the two minutes he evaluates. I recently moved and I can't come into my follow up appt, so he is rejecting my refills. I think this is just being inconsiderate of someone's circumstance. I have made great progress with my treatment and it's sad that a doctor will not understand and jeopardize that. I'm not happy with this.

The pressure used on my hips, thighs, and glute area felt too strong for my stage of recovery, and I left feeling physically uncomfortable afterward. I have had lymphatic massages before, and this experience felt very different. The owner did refund my session after I shared my concerns, which I appreciated. I would still encourage post-op clients to clearly discuss pressure level and experience with surgical recovery before booking. I personally would not return for post-op lymphatic massage, and I would encourage others recovering from surgery to ask detailed questions beforehand.

Tried calling the # they gave. VM was full. 3 days ago set appt online for Sat. Got acceptance message. Got a text late yesterday that my appt was moved to Wed during the day. Tried calling. No answer. Left a vm. No return call. In my opinion, if something came up, and they couldn't handle the scheduled appt., someone should have personally called me and we could have worked on a date/time that worked for both of us. Sending out an automated text message peremptorily telling me my appt. had been moved is just plain rude. Even my doctor's office will call, or at least leave a text asking you to call to reschedule. Lesson learned. Called another salon and have an appt. for Sunday.
