The FFL staff member who processed my transaction refused to provide any accommodation for my severe dyslexia, including denying my companion the right to read the Form 4473 aloud. They were explicitly threatened with removal for attempting to assist. The staff offered no alternative, despite a clear ADA obligation to ensure equal access. After the transfer was denied, they promised to speak with management and provide a follow-up resolution but have not contacted me. This was a degrading experience marked by hostility and a disregard for disability rights.

They are all very knowledgable about the local waters and insects and willing to teach you whatever you are willing to learn. If you go out with these guys you will be put in a position to catch some very nice sized trout if you are able to follow their directions. As I did my first fly fishing trip ever with a guide from here I can say from experience that they know how to teach and aid anyone from their first cast onward as they are also able to help hone the skills of more seasoned veterans. Highly recommend you get a guide from here if you are fishing in the area and want to set yourself up for some great catches and memories. The shop itself is also very cool and has a lot of great merch and lots of friendly folks around who are easy to strike up a conversation with and get some insight into how the river is fishing and what bugs they are getting hits with. Need to book a guided fishing trip or to buy a fishing license - - they can help you. A few years ago, they organized a guided fly fishing trip on the Yellowstone River for my 15 year old niece . It was a trip of a life time for her. She was so excited about the drift boat and catching so many fish on that trip. She is in college now and still has great memories of that fishing trip. They have been very helpful in teaching me about fly fishing gear and tying flies. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. You can buy an original Pink Pookie here. We didn't need to do any offroad driving but the Jeep handled great on the roads, even at highway speed.
