The cooler kept everything cold for 5 days and I only had to refill the ice once! I definitely recommend using them to rent a car instead of the big rental car brands.

First, watching a herd of bison, including a precious newborn calf, was breathtaking. Then came the showstopper: a bear emerging from hibernation. Elena spotted what looked like a tiny dot on a distant cliffside, sprinted to her vehicle to grab a telescope, and within minutes we were watching that bear in real time. It was one of those moments you genuinely cannot believe you are witnessing. That brings me to another wonderful perk of this tour. What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up or care from the company. We had to initiate contact ourselves days later and never received any meaningful outreach, apology, or effort to ensure our family was okay or to take ownership of the situation. Accidents can happen, but how a company responds matters. I waited several weeks to post this to give them time to do the right thing.

When we flew into Vegas, Cindee picked us up right from our hotel on the strip! It was not only so helpful it was such a fun way to kick off our adventure. They explained every detail about the vehicle, how to check tank levels, plug in, etc. so we had no concerns hitting the open road. They texted to check in on us throughout the trip and offered great tips and advice along the way which we really appreciated. We didn't have to worry about any of our creature comforts as they took the steps to stock it all for us. We had Instacart deliver our groceries to the RV facility and they even loaded it into the vehicle for us. Talk about going the extra mile! After a long flight and day of travel it was so nice to arrive and not worry about a thing. The National Parks pass was a wonderful touch, and the unlimited mileage was a great bonus. We rented the 24D View and had more than enough room for our family of 4. We loved being able to stop whenever we wanted to enjoy a sunset, hike a trail, or just have a picnic with breathtaking backdrops. Not only was it extremely convenient having everything we needed with us, it offered us the freedom to really explore. Today was an excellent way to end our visit to West Yellowstone National Park. We had a private guided, day-long tour. Our tour guide, Adriana, was amazing. We were immediately comfortable with her the second we met. She provided a wealth of comfortable accommodations ( cushioned seats in the van, snacks, drinks including coffee, water and hot chocolate). She had binoculars and a scope that she quickly and easily set up for us at "hot spots" with foxes, bears, osprey, prong horn antelope,etc). Not only that, she took videos and photographs for us with her camera and the scope. Sometimes, I stayed in the van, but I was wide awake during the entire tour. Normally, I nap on and off when I have the backseat to myself. This time, I was engaged the entire tour. I was enjoying just listening to the range of conversations Maggie and Adriana had about just about every topic Yellowstone and beyond. If I wasn't chiming in on their conversations, I was peppering Adriana with questions that I had of my own. She was more than fun to talk with - she was a wealth of historical and contemporary Yellowstone information - fact and folklore. And, she was funny. Time went quickly. And, I'm definitely going to explore some of the topics she shared with us further when we get home.
