They were explicitly threatened with removal for attempting to assist. The staff offered no alternative, despite a clear ADA obligation to ensure equal access. After the transfer was denied, they promised to speak with management and provide a follow-up resolution but have not contacted me. This was a degrading experience marked by hostility and a disregard for disability rights.

They are all very knowledgable about the local waters and insects and willing to teach you whatever you are willing to learn. If you go out with these guys you will be put in a position to catch some very nice sized trout if you are able to follow their directions. As I did my first fly fishing trip ever with a guide from here I can say from experience that they know how to teach and aid anyone from their first cast onward as they are also able to help hone the skills of more seasoned veterans. My wife and I loved how easy it was to pop up the top (seriously takes 5 seconds to put up and take down) without the hassle of needing to tow a trailer. It was also plenty warm in the top at night, and we loved being able to store our gear in the cab that we could access without needing to get out. The Jeep was super clean and we really appreciated the cooler and folding chairs that Alyssa had in the Jeep all ready for us when we picked up the car. We didn't need to do any offroad driving but the Jeep handled great on the roads, even at highway speed. Thanks a ton Hatch for a great experience, can't wait to use one of these sweet setups again in the future.

It was a trip of a life time for her. She was so excited about the drift boat and catching so many fish on that trip. She is in college now and still has great memories of that fishing trip.
