Instead of smelling like garlic and pizza crust, my house smelled sort of like melting plastic when the pizza was baking. When I removed it from my oven, the pizza was stuck to the paper (plastic?) under liner. The crust and toppings were not good. The crust was not the delicious homemade crust I'm used to, but instead was flavorless. The toppings of sausage and mushrooms were all ground up into tiny pieces. There were no sausage chunks or mushroom slices that I love. If it had any cheese on it, that was also tasteless. Why would you do this Papa Murphy's?

I ordered it online without cheese but…read more they added cheese anyway saying it is part of the pizza unless you specifically ask for no cheese. How are we supposed to know that in advance about cheese? I selected my toppings with no cheese. This is the second time they have screwed up my order. The first time I ordered vegan cheese only to find out they don't have and put regular cheese on it. They told me to call the delivery company to fix it. For those of us who don't eat diary this is a waste of $40 and they make no effort to find a solution other than telling me to call the delivery company. As if the delivery company can do something about their mistake, especially when it was picked up by me instead of the delivery company. I used their app to place the order. I thought I would give them a 2nd chance but that's it. Their customer support is horrible. A bunch of young kids who sass their customers who are trying to find a solution.

Staff is not friendly, or helpful, out of napkins, place was a mess, food took forever, and came out sporadic. It was not busy. What we ordered: Two lobster rolls to share, we asked for butter sauce. They came out dryer than a bone, cold. I want warm, butter flavor, salty, and these have none of that. They look good, but have half the flavor and are so expensive. If you want the best lobster roll in park city you know where to go, Freshies. 1/5 I ordered a bowl with salmon. The salmon was dry/over cooked with little flavor. The sauce I asked for was drizzled over the rice, leaving the toppings tasteless and boring. The sweet potatoes were the best part, and it was a little scope. 3/5 The fish and chips were probably the best dish. 5/5. If you like fish and chips get them. Crispy, flaky. Good. Poke bowl was decent. Needed more sauce, and less wonton strips, and be more generous with the toppings please. 3/5 We tried the Brussels sprouts and cauliflower. Brussels we're great, another favorite bite, 4/5, but the cauliflower was horrible, so greasy, definitely skip this. 1/5 Overall will not be back, so many better options in park city. We
