Such a great find in Arcadia! We were driving across the state from the Stuart/PSL area to Anna Maria Island, and I found this place on Yelp (of course!). We decided to stop for lunch. It was a Sunday and this place was hopping! We were greeted and sat immediately. When you walk in, you see a little gift shop and a bakery display. The decor is wooden, cute, whimsical, and slightly boho. Our server was super sweet and soft spoken - she took our order and our food was ready fairly quickly. The food is delicious!! We started with their soup of the day - a spiced carrot ginger. Yummy - it felt like a warm hug! We got a veggie burger and the turkey pesto. Both were super tasty and made with love. The BEST part... they make their own breads and they offer a GLUTEN FREE rice loaf!!! It is so yummy that we bought a frozen loaf to take home. Thankfully we had a cooler with us and were able to do so. We loved our lunch so much that we decided to stop again on our way home four days later! The middle of the week in Arcadia is a lot more quiet, and our second visit was just as delicious as the first. This time, we had the veggie soup and the same two sandwiches (because they were that good!). We had the veggie burger on GF bread this time so we could share half of each sandwich. They have an interesting story of origin (see their story on the menu paper), and the folks are super sweet and warm people. The food is all from scratch and exceptional. They own a farm and grow their own food, bake their own bread, etc. Grandma has nothing on them. Everything is made with care. They also have homemade cookies and muffins for sale. My husband and I split a turkey/pesto sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich. He had a root beer and I had a hibiscus cooler. Passing through Arcadia, we stumbled upon The Yellow Deli, and it turned out to be a delightful find. This charming, rustic restaurant is run by a close-knit group of people who live communally, and their deep involvement is evident in the handcrafted decor and murals, many of which were painted by the staff. The menu features fresh, globally sourced ingredients, many provided by their own network. We ordered breakfast sandwiches, which were generously filled with scrambled eggs patty, spinach, cheese, and other flavorful additions. Another with eggs, corned beef, cheese , onions & tomato. While the flavors were excellent, but had too much sauce, making it a bit messy to eat. The staff was friendly, the service was great. The baked goods were a highlight--we took muffins to go and found them absolutely delicious. However, the sourdough fruit and nut bread was a bit of a letdown, as it was dense and overly moist. Overall, The Yellow Deli offers a warm and unique atmosphere with hearty, homemade food. Lots of fun stuff to browse & purchase. If you can set aside the unusual communal aspect of their religious organization, it's well worth a visit. We look forward to stopping by again the next time we're in the area! read more

I took a chance on Yellow Deli for a quick lunch break. The interior reminds you of a cozy cabin in the woods. You're met with a small shop selling local goods from candles, local honey, tea, spices, and hand made soaps. They are also a bakery that sells fresh breads, cinnamon rolls, cookies, and muffins. My colleague and I were seated as soon as we entered the establishment. The ingredients are fresh and they use their own homemade breads. Our server recommended the soup of the day, which was a tomato basil soup. I'm a sucker for tomato soup, so I couldn't say no. It was paired with a thick slice of their heritage bread covered in butter. The soup was flavorful with chunks of the crushed tomato, onions and spring onions. I created my own sandwich, which consisted of corned beef and roast beef, with cheddar and provolone, topped with mustard and mayo. It was served hot, so the cheese was nice and melted. The provolone had a nice cheese pull with every bite. It's tucked away in Historic Arcadia. There is a parking lot next to the building and 3 hour parking spots out front. If you happen to find yourself driving through on your way to the beaches or up north, it's worth a visit. read more

I have the pleasure that I can visit the Yellow Deli in Arcadia FL on a regular basis. The atmosphere, staff and food are the best experience. Again the food is fresh and uses a lot of their own produce from their farm on Pine Island, Cape Coral Florida. In February 2026 I visited Yellow Deli in both Vista, CA and Valley Center, CA in addition to touring their farm a short distance away. Greatly impressed with the service at the three locations and the hospitality I have received from them. The Arcadia Yellow Deli knew I was going to Vista and was given the honor to hand carry a gift from their staff to the Valley Center location (roasted coconut shavings with maple syrup drizzle). Was also a pleasure seeing Dasha again, a few weeks after he left Arcadia back to California. I can not express enough what an experience and pleasure it is to visit Yellow Deli, you will not be disappointed. read more
