It has that small town ease to it, the kind of place where you can exhale a bit before the next stretch of travel. There was no cortado on the menu, but the latte that the young lady made for me was exactly what I needed. Hot, fresh, and prepared with care. It had that balance of strength and smoothness that was excellent.
