Dr. Yeh was an old friend of my father Maurice Yang. When I was young, my father would have us go to see this dentist to take care of our teeth since we did not have very much money. I remembered this dentist when I was older and went back to him since I thought that I could trust him. He visually inspected my teeth and claimed that he could save me money by not using any x-rays to determine what was wrong with my teeth. He performed over six different procedures at that time without accepting my Medi-Cal since at that time my insurance had not yet kicked in. I had later went to claim it for a Medi-Cal reimbursement. He refused to fill out any of the paper work. I thought that maybe if I had went to see him as a patient that maybe it would help him want to fill out that paperwork for me. He claimed that he could not help me since the type of dental work I needed required an endodontist. Later, he had called me in and said that he had an authorization to do work on my teeth for another root canal. I was surprised, but I had went in just as I normally do when I am told to do these things. I can not examine my own teeth, so I trusted him. When I went in, he claimed that according to my digital x-rays from his present machine that I had a dead tooth located in the front of my mouth and he needed to do some work on it. He began to drill. I asked him, why he was not going to use any anesthetic? He said it did not matter since the tooth was dead. He proceeded to drill on my tooth. I had told him that it was hurting. He claimed that it should not hurt because the tooth was dead and he needed to drill up further on it. So, I went on with this and it still hurt. I told him again that it was hurting and I could feel shocks throughout my body. He said "That is funny. It should not hurt. The tooth is dead." He continued to drill through maybe 3/4 of that tooth until I told him to stop. Then he said, "I am sorry, there is nothing wrong with this tooth." So, I had asked him "What are you going to do now, that you have drilled through a perfectly good tooth?" He said that he was going to have to fill it. So, he filled it. And this is my experience with Mr. Wu Ming Yeh having fun torturing me and acting like he knew he wasn't. And he never did fill out that paperwork. And he is still a practicing dentist. I later waited over five months to get the orthodontist covered by UCLA dental school which almost killed me. But, the cost was over $1,000 and I did not have that kind of money to cover it. I had been offered to have it paid by my ex-boyfriend's father, but I had refused since I did not want to accept the money from an outside source. Dentists can be very dangerous and this dentist is more than dangerous. He is a sadist. read more
