We saw a big lineup of men's and women's clothes including tank tops, sweatpants, shirts, hoodies, leggings, cropped shirts and hats. Souvenirs are everywhere- stickers, mugs, phone cases, postcards, and more. The store is very well organized, super neat and enjoyable to just browse around in. Our contact person, Babek, was very helpful when we were trying to figure out how to disengage the rope bracelets we liked from their wood column of a stand. We picked up two postcards and two bracelets for the grand kids and a gorgeous Carlsbad vinyl sticker for our car for just $16.15..

It's truly the kind of place you find once and then keep coming back to. The vanilla lattes are beautifully crafted; smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. And then there's Camden... he completely elevates the experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about the craft. From serving espresso in a ceramic cup to walking you through the tradition of pairing it with sparkling water (very European, very cool), it turns a simple coffee run into something memorable. And the brownie... the brownie... wow. Warmed to perfection with thick walnuts and enjoyed out on the patio, it's dangerously good. Like, "we came for coffee and accidentally had a whole moment" kind of good. If you're anywhere near Coast Highway, don't miss this spot, especially if you're here for the café experience.

Absolutely LOVE this place!…read more I first discovered Municipal last year after realizing one of the owners is Mark Wahlberg and as a longtime fan, I had to check it out. First off, having Urth Caffé inside the store is such a game changer. The coffee is incredible, and the whole setup is just next level. It's not your typical cramped coffee shop. There's actually space to sit, work, and enjoy your time without feeling rushed or squeezed in. The vibe here is unmatched. It's become one of those spots where you can get work done, meet up with people, or just hang out. I've even found myself regularly connecting with others who now use this as their go-to morning coffee spot. And the people? Top tier. Kamden, the GM of the coffee shop, is one of the most welcoming and positive people you'll meet. He genuinely makes your experience fun and memorable every single time. On top of that, the apparel is seriously impressive. Municipal is putting out gear that absolutely rivals anything else on the market. The quality is outstanding, and their shoes? Unreal. I wear them daily! They're that comfortable and versatile. If you're anywhere near South Oceanside off PCH, you HAVE to check this place out. Coffee, workspace, community, and top-tier apparel all in one spot. It doesn't get much better than this!

Walking in, was like walking into Steven's closet! I recognized numerous caps, shirts, hoodies and stickers. I teared up and nearly cried while shopping. I picked up some matching t-shirts for myself and my husband that Steven wore often, and a couple other things. If you are a tourist visiting Oceanside or you are proud to live here, I highly recommend this little store! *RIP, Sgt Steven D, aka SGTCROW, we love and miss you.* Pros: - nicely curated, local - friendly - reasonable pricing Cons: - not the best side of town - parking lot design sucks - tops are a bit on the long side (not great for shorter people)
