I've never had a cavity and a lot of the reviews for dentists seemed like they wanted to rush into all of this dental work. I was calling around to many offices getting so much attitude and lack of care for my pain - no one could allegedly see me for more than 3 months, even in an emergency. Frustrated, I finally found doctor freedman! His receptionists were the ONLY ones I spoke to over the phone who had an ounce of compassion and although they couldn't get me in asap, they put me on the emergency call list which happened to get me in the next day due to a cancellation. When I got there the process was seamless - quick check in and wait time and incredibly pleasant staff from the front desk to the X-ray tech to the doctor himself. Doctor freedman was incredibly honest, I came in thinking I needed an emergency root canal because of a cavity so he could have totally swindled me and recommended all of this work and I would have believed him. Instead, he said in a calm manner that everything is fine and he could refer me to an orthodontic surgery if I wanted but it wasn't necessary. The pain has mostly subsided but I wanted to see a professional just to be sure. Definitely recommend for an honest and experienced professional!

Dr. Capone was the only…read moredentist I went to regularly because he was simply the best, always kind and walked me through whatever he was doing and how I could improve upon things without talking down to me. The new dentist, Dr. Shor maybe my least favorite dentist yet. I have a small mouth so naturally my mouth does not open as wide as some others and Dr. Capone and his hygienist worked with me on that but Dr. Shor basically yelled at me because it wouldn't open any wider for her while she was working on me after keeping me waiting for 30MIN to see her. She is also a bit unhygienic, blowing her nose with gloves on and then trying to get right back into my mouth without washing her hands and changing gloves. If it doesn't work in the food industry I'm sure it wouldn't be allowed in dentistry. Not only that but after having a cavity filled by her 2 weeks ago, my tooth is still sensitive and I can't chew on that side at all when I never had any pain before. Once she fixes whatever she did wrong on my filling I will not be returning, I may not even be returning for that.

Dawn at the front desk checked me in and out and set up my next appointment and checked my insurance to explain what they covered, she was very thorough, professional and did it all with a Smile, you could tell she is very experienced and good at her job. The hygienist Jessica was great, she gave me a lot of time answering all my questions and explained what i needed in detail. She was Awesome!! Last but not least Dr. Zena was also great, he also talked to me and gave me time instead of rushing me out, I really appreciate that as it seems most places do that, your just a number, but at Babylon Smiles your much more than that, they really care about their patients and it shows in the great staff. I will be recommending this office to my friends. 5 Star review from me!!!
