Chain ramen place that has great noodles and broth. It's a smidge better than ippudo and partner thought it was better than kodawari (Michelin!). They had this lovely duck appetizer with good flavors. The dark sauce with a little bit of the pesto oil was great and the duck was really tender. We got the traditional flavor ramen and I loved their crispy nori. It was like fried seaweed, crispier than regular seaweed sheets. The egg was decently made but not enough marinade for that darker shade I like. The brother was yummy, very warm and filling and add in some of the chili oil and it was amazing. The pork was super tender but very very thick and almost was a bit sweet. It was like a mini pork chop in the soup. Partner even ordered an extra serving of noodles, it was that good. The house cocktail was nice too, a yuzu sake cocktail, very similar to kodawari cocktail but less stuff in it. Waiter was super friendly and funny. Great experience overall. It was a bit warm there, also from the noodles. They have a fan but it wasn't quite doing enough. Pretty sure it was cooler outside! read more
