It is good to have this kind of Ramen store here. Especially, the Katsu curry rice is so good.

The inside is small and quaint. The staff greeted us and spoke fairly good English. They have a modest menu of assorted Japanese items. We tried the chicken karage and pork katsu and croquettes. The karage and katsu were disappointing. The karage seemed to be made with the poorest quality chicken. It was hard to tell exactly what part of the chicken it was. It looked somewhat gray in color. The katsu similarly seemed to be the poorest quality pork. There was some meat but quite a bit of fat and gristle. Prices overall seemed quite high for the low quality of food. The croquettes were the best part of the meal. They had a crispy outside and warm, soft, tasty filling. If you are in the midst of a protest and want to avoid walking far with tear gas in the air you might want to stop in here, but otherwise it's probably better to keep walking and find something better.

It's a small restaurant and very casual...nothing spectacular in terms of ambiance but the food was amazing. Both my daughter and I had the Chirashi rice bowl which was honestly one of the best ones that we ever had...we'll remember this meal for a very long time. My husband had the Tonkatsu (deep fried breaded pork) which he enjoyed as well...a little pricey for Euro 19 (~Cad 30) but that seems to be the normal prices for regular dinner entrees. We will definitely be adding this place to our list of favourite things on our Paris trip!
