He was willing to wrestle with the other owner's insurance company to get the complicate, multi-panel repair done at a price that worked for me. He also provided service after the initial work, in that he had to order a small part not related to the accident. The best part? Terrific communication! Also trunk wasn't opening as good as before. One guy tried to fix it after shop was closed so he tried fixing it fast because it was already late, and only fixed it somewhat, claimed that was all he could do.
