The place was clean, warm, and I didn't feel like I was sitting in a repair shop. The staff was very courteous, not only to me but every person who called and came in after. They had me in and out on a walk-in, tell me that isn't valuable. Carmax couldn't get me until next week and Mercedes...well they would have charged me over $400 for the same service. I'm glad I found this family owned establishment in the heart of Flossmoor. I'd much rather support small businesses than support big franchises any day.

They're so honest about exactly what you need done, what you can skip that a dealer will try to sell you, and do it all at a reasonable price. Most recently, I brought in my daughter's Jeep Wrangler for an inspection before her Spring Break road trip. Besides noting it was due for brake and filter changes, Angel also noticed an oil leak. Rather than trying to gouge me for a diagnosis, he told me to take it to the dealer and have them diagnose it. Sure enough, it was a damaged oil pan that had to be replaced- under my warranty. Many shops would try to quote you a price and do it, but I appreciate it when these guys tell me to take the cars to the dealers when there's a big problem. Just the best place- I wish more businesses were like this. The world would be a better place: 5 stars, absolutely the best in the business.

They were incredibly low maintenance when it came to me explaining the issue, dropping off my car, and contacting me right away with a diagnostic and a realistic quote.
