Where can I get started let's see they work is full of crap. How about they broke my subframe bolts didn't replace it but weld it together now I'm in the process of having to get it redone because of unprofessional work from your employees that does not know how to fix cars. I had a horrible experience with the rip off people. I went to them for a routine oil change and the next day my car was overheating and my check engine light was on and the anti -freeze was leaking from 3 hoses and they overcharged me for what they did do. Their service is absolutely horrible and they are a rip off. I have never experienced a situation like this. The mechanics do not know what they are doing and the owner is just as bad. For mechanic should to test drive cars that they repair. Place protection in car carpet and seats, steering wheel, and post. Wear gloves when getting in cars, clean and sanitize car before and after getting in and out. Replace parts they loose. They should not make promises that they're not sure they can deliver. Lower inspection prices. Every mechanic should show proof of a license or certification posted in a frame with in shop to prove training and education. They're not willing to fix problems that arise from their repairs, you'll get the run around because they will not go back over their work. They should; with a fine tooth comb, go back over their work and check to make sure everything is put back properly. read more

I would give less than one star, if I could. So far they've had my car 4 days. $576 later ( they quoted $550, but I let it go), they said it was ready and when I picked it up and immediately went to get gas...I shut the car off it did not start again. They towed it back to the shop and I was told initially that it was a starter and battery replacement. They were closed on Sunday so on Monday I called to ask what the update was. They said it's still up on the Rack and they would call me when they find out what's wrong. They call back and tell me they removed my auto start unit because it was a faulty one and would charge me another $350. I never authorized the work and told them I had the starter for 12 years, not a problem. Then they said it was faulty wiring. Then they said I had a kill switch put in. Anyway, I told them I needed to take it to another auto shop. So they give my key fob back which had scotch tape holding it together. They couldn't explain how that happened. So I start car and my radio,/CD player is totally fried. They should not be allowed to treat people's cars so carelessly. Side notes: I was not notified that they add 3% to the bill when paying with credit card. Dirty oil rag left on the front seat. They left the back off of the rear battery entry and dirty spare tire was left on top of my personal belongings. read more

Every day they hustlin', every- every day they hustlin'. My friend isn't a "car guy" and went here for an oil change. Trust changed the oil but also told him he needed new brake pads on the back because they were worn down to 10%, then quoted him $350. I decided to save my friend the money and change the pads for him, took off the rear tire and the pads were practically brand new, with about 90% left. No professional mechanic would make this mistake. read more

Very unprofessional establishments they told me it was $862 for the work on my car when I got there they told me it was $950 stating it was the taxes after I repeatedly told them I was told $862 . He then ended realizing he charged me for somebody else car then had the nerve to yell at me because he made a mistake and never apologize and screamed and yelled telling me to get out. He brought me to the car and showed me where the leak was and e explained what he was going to remove and replace. Also had the oil changed while there for under $20. Out in an hour. Don't let the title fool you! Our car had a check engine light on. I took it over to this repair shop since they are in the neighborhood figured give them a chance since we recently moved to the area. The diagnosis was to replace the camshaft actuator sensors. We had this done then after picking up the car a couple hours later the check engine light was back on. This time it was diagnosed as a faulty mass air flow sensor and the part quote was like $299. I looked online and the part was available online for $40. I replaced it myself and still had the light. I decided to replace the camshaft actuator sensors myself and immediately the check engine light went off. When I took out the sensors that were supposedly replaced, they were very corroded as if they were the original part. It is impossible they corroded after a couple weeks like that. Do yourself a favor and find a different mechanic and you'll save yourself the headaches I endured! read more

So my mother in law went in to get some new tires. She had to wait from 8am til now. Noon. They charged her a total of $500, over filled her tire pressure. Put on a sensor in with out telling her they were going to do it. The tires look used and not new. I would not recomend this place at all. She is highly upset. They are a complete rip-off when they see a older woman. Shame on them. read more

I was charged for a security deposit for an engine mount on 8/16/21 to be put on order, did not receive a callback for multiple months. I called the business multiple times in a span of three months and no assistance was given. The staff members would give me the run-around every time I called. I finally came into the shop on 12/20/21 to receive an oil change and wanted them to use the money I had placed for the "security deposit" to be applied to the oil change instead. Staff members and the owner said I could not use the money I had originally put down for the supposed engine mount because I had lights replaced that day for that charge. I paid for an oil change that day (8/16/21) and an extra $50 for a deposit for the engine mount. I have never had my lights changed at this business. In fact, I change my own car lights. Additionally, they denied that I had ever made a security deposit during the initial visit on 8/16/21. Their records falsely stated that I paid for a headlight change. I have been a customer for over 7 years and have heard before from other customers that they have performed acts of thievery. It is truly unfortunate to see that the rumors are true. read more

Don't TRUST!!!! I brought my own car here for repair (big-mistake) The mechanics did a very bad job, they are sloppy and left parts unsecured also charged me for work they did not do!! I'm a mechanic I know...the mechanics are under qualified. This auto shop prey's on people who don't know about cars. They do a terrible job and charge dealership prices. After spending $2500 dollars for repairs they didn't actually do, now I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company. An I must do the repairs correctly my self. Don't trust this place!! I have a fairly newer vehicle with less than 30,000 miles went In just for a oil change. I always have it changed every 3000 miles. It seemed like the technician did the job fairly quickly. It should still have 1000 miles before the next oil change is due. My check engine light came on so I took it to the dealership and was told the oil was dirty and low. I explained to them it wasn't due yet that it was just done . Apparently they never provided the oil but charged for it. I will be reporting this to the bbb!! Hopefully my engine will be okay. read more

So last night while trying to change the battery in our car, which was pretty much dead bolted, it slipped and officially cut our coolant hose. We've had the house for a while now to get fixed because it's been leaking and we had someone who kept saying they were going to do it but never did. Well we had to now. We had no idea what to do, how much is was going to cost, if they could clean all the coolant off of everything else and most of all why it has happened at all. After calling around to mechanics all morning we finally found one who would do it same day, after I had called that originally said we could pick the car up Monday evening or Tuesday morning but as soon as I said I had the part it turned to Friday for some reason. So after getting a $60 tow, the cheapest we could find, we went to trust auto repairs. 2 hours later not only had they installed the new hose but they also cleaned all the coolant off and installed our new battery for only $100. I thank God that we were able to find them because the boys have not only their shots coming up in the next week or two but also WIC. If anyone needs a good, fast, honest and decently priced mechanic I suggest you go there. Thank God for the blessing today. Thank Him for fixing our car and seeing that be the only thing that's wrong with it and not also the alternator. Thank you trust auto repairs for giving us back our car and in 2 hours no less!!! read more
