I said Id like to get an oil change. He told me it will be a 3 hour wait. I said ok. He looked at the "receptionist and called out her name. She, only then, looked up and asked for my car keys. So here I wait, aggitated already, at being ignored, writing this review. So far, I guess customer service isnt their priority. They told everyone that came after me about the 2 to 4 hour wait. The regular oil change is $20. Is the wait and the treatment of disdain to a paying customer worth it? No. Next time I will go elsewhere.

What began as a routine brake repair ended as no small order as additional parts were necessary, but unavailable in the U.,S. With much prayer, patience and persistence, Mr. Griffin got the job done with stellar service! It's the kind I remember in the days when attendants would pump your gas, wash your windows AND check your oil! I really appreciate the safety concern that Mr. Griffin applied and his commitment to giving me quality service, despite the twists and turns he encountered. Great car washes are there also!
