My engine blew from getting over heated and he got me in within the first two days of it happening and had prices/options for me immediately. His crew worked super fast and got my car out, and running like brand new, within days!! His prices are super reasonable, and isn't looking to rip you off in any way- there is a reason his lot looks full all of the time- because he's the best in town! Really happy I let him take care of me, and don't ever want to go to anyone else afterwards because they had such great results, and awesome customer service. This place definitely Makes all of the other auto techs in the area look terrible from how well they work!! Very happy with my choice!

One time got a new gas tank replaced and I noticed my gas gauge wasn't spot on like it use to be and he said that's normal. I took it to a family friend and found the fuel pump was placed back incorrectly and now it's back to normal how it should've been. This guy literally lies to my face and doesn't even print out my receipts all the time just a little piece of paper with a total. They act like they are helping you but they are really not, don't be fooled. They are a good shop for a quick fix but i would never go here repeatedly again. Never.

My car was towed to this mechanic because it wasn't starting. I specifically told him about a hole…read morein a coolant pipe that needed to be fixed, but that issue was completely ignored. Instead, he charged me for a timing cover--something I never asked for and that didn't address the actual problem. After keeping my car for weeks, he didn't do anything to get the engine running. When we finally got the car back, we realized it had been completely dismantled. As you can see in the photos, nothing is connected, spark plugs were left in a plastic bag, and he even left one of his SHOP RAGS INSIDE THE ENGINE. This is NOT how the car was brought to him. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to inspect it right away because his shop hours were during my work hours, and all of our communication was over the phone with my girlfriend. We paid over the phone by giving him my card number for manual entry, trusting that he was being honest. Looking back, there were red flags--weeks with no updates, delays before he even looked at the car, and Bruno's attitude on the phone. Because of all this, we decided to tow the car elsewhere for repairs, and that's when we saw the condition it was in. My car was returned in WORSE condition than when it arrived. We ended up getting the engine replaced with a different mechanic and had a MUCH better experience.

EDITED REVIEW AFTER FURTHER CONSULTATION…read more Ray (the owner) is a really nice guy and extremely accommodating. Always willing to drop what he's doing, work on my family's cars, and order parts immediately. Additionally, Ray is extremely well-liked by the local community as he goes out of his way to make local tenants in the business park feel like he is apart of his family. After I wrote the initial review, Ray walked over and explained the entire situation. He made me felt really assured that he valued my safety over his need for payment. Additionally, Ray offered to give a payment plan if I was extremely dissatisfied only to cover the hard costs. Also, as a last point to ensure that Ray has done awesome work. He has even gone out of his way multiple times to diagnose and fix multiple common issues at cost without including a fee for himself. Now, I don't expect this at all (nor should any normal customer expect this) but it just goes to show how much he values his work, his clients, and the relationships that he's developed over the years.
