I had the broken items appraised by another jeweler and they said it could NOT be fixed. It was beyond repair! When I asked her for a refund or store credit because I knew it could not be resolved, she denied me! I don't live near her store, and she refused to send my necklace back to me through the post. SHE STILL HAS MY MONEY AND MY JEWERY. It's theft. It's unfair. I was a good customer and she failed to fix the set OR refund me. She did nothing to make it right. Beware, this shop owner Saba is nice at first, but her items are not quality and they will break on you, and when they do she will do little to help you or leave you entirely in the dust.
