One time, my left eye was already half empty shortly after the service. The quality and retention are simply not worth the price. They keep your credit card on file and have a very strict cancellation policy, telling you that cancelling within 24 hours means you will be charged the full amount. I also had a confirmed appointment for a specific day, but they later claimed I had booked a different day. I sent them a screenshot of the conversation showing the confirmed date, and they still denied it instead of taking responsibility. The stylists are inconsistent and seem inexperienced, and they repeatedly move you from one stylist to another. One of the staff members was also extremely rude. They pressure you to purchase their products, and they even suggest bringing headphones because clients are expected to be quiet. I also had concerns about cleanliness between clients and was uncomfortable being recorded on camera without being asked for my consent. For $149 plus tip, I expect quality work, professionalism, cleanliness, and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, I experienced none of these consistently. I would not recommend this salon.

It was to the point that my brows were almost unnoticeable. I was filling them in with a pencil every day for the past couple of years until I went to Unique and they told me about eyebrow tinting. Not only did they shape my brows to perfection, they tinted them exactly how I wanted them. They are the perfect shade and shape and the best part about it is that it lasts me easily a month and a half. I don't have to use a pencil at all and they are completely natural! It might sound dramatic but the girls at Unique actually changed my life for the better. It saves me time in the morning/when I'm doing my makeup and overall just makes me more confident. I would recommend Unique to anyone!
