I regret having spent thousands there over the years. EDIT 1/2/2025 in response to business owner comment -- I understand the need for strict no-show and last-minute cancellations, which of course are intended to recoup loses from UNRELIABLE clients. Not from clients diagnosed with cancer who are trying their best to maintain some sense of normalcy in life who have a long history of maintaining a proper client-business relationship. My treatment based on extenuating circumstances cannot reasonably be considered "understanding and flexible". It is important to current and future clients that they consider how quickly a business devalues a client, so they can make the most informed decision on where to receive these types of services. The best way to address my concerns would be to treat clients better than I've been treated. I in no way mean to harm your business. One time, my left eye was already half empty shortly after the service. The quality and retention are simply not worth the price. They keep your credit card on file and have a very strict cancellation policy, telling you that cancelling within 24 hours means you will be charged the full amount. I also had a confirmed appointment for a specific day, but they later claimed I had booked a different day. I sent them a screenshot of the conversation showing the confirmed date, and they still denied it instead of taking responsibility. The stylists are inconsistent and seem inexperienced, and they repeatedly move you from one stylist to another. One of the staff members was also extremely rude. They pressure you to purchase their products, and they even suggest bringing headphones because clients are expected to be quiet. I also had concerns about cleanliness between clients and was uncomfortable being recorded on camera without being asked for my consent. For $149 plus tip, I expect quality work, professionalism, cleanliness, and respectful customer service. Unfortunately, I experienced none of these consistently. I would not recommend this salon.

There were huge spaces and I wanted to cry every time I looked into the mirror. I would have been better off just wearing mascara. After 2 days I could not take it anymore and googled lashes near me. I found BlinX and texted the owner Robyn. She immediately got back to me and we set up an appointment for 4pm today. Yes today! I told her what had happened, and what I wanted, which were long and thick lashes. Can I just say that she EXCEEDED my expectations!! I actually cried when I looked in the mirror, but had to stop so that I did not ruin my new lashes, lol! Robyn is not only amazing at what she does but she is also fun and personable.
