Shrimp Pop
Maria G.

The good- the Shrimp Pop were EXCELLENT! The Wonton Mozz, also really good, but came with no sauce? They could have been tastier with sauce. I still loved them. The Fried Gyoza, super tasty, but really salty. If that doesn't bother you, I wouldn't let my review stop you! Lastly, the Yas O.G'- chicken sandwich, was just meh. Honestly, I am not going to keep it. It was dry, and room temp, and all I tasted was some spice. As to the reviews that say it is so much bigger than other chicken sandwich places. I grew up in the south- it's the same- if not smaller. It's just thinner making it look larger. Everything was packed perfectly. I didn't go in, so I can't say anything about the interior of the restaurant.

Yasville Hot Chicken Sandwich

This was my second visit and I have mixed reviews. First of all, the good. The Yasville Hot sandwich was really delicious! The fries were mediocre. I spent around $15 for the Meal and I thought the price was fair. The bad: now I'm not the type of person who expects a red carpet or rose petals tossed at my feet from an establishment, but the way I was treated by staff was unsatisfactory. They were rude and acted like it was an inconvenience, or that they were annoyed that I was there to pick up my food. Also the fountain drink area seemed dirty, which made me wonder if the machine itself was clean. I would go back there for a third time because of the sandwiches themselves, but I won't be getting the fries or soda again. I also hope that maybe next time I am shown a little appreciation as a customer and not like a bother.

I am visiting from Florida and we had to try! They were great. Very clean spot really good food. We tried just about everything , the gyozas were delicious and crispy. Their fried dough munchkins were REALLY good. We got " The duo" was well very juicy chicken.

Yas Supreme

This is now my favorite chicken sandwich place! I only tried the Yas Supreme, but I really want to try them all (I'll update this review once I do). The Yas Supreme is the original fried chicken sandwich with spicy garlic glaze, coleslaw, pickle, and drizzled with Yas sauce. The yas sauce is creamy and has a little kick to if. The chicken itself is HUGE! It's breaded nicely and really flavorful. I had the order to go, but it still held up while eating. And their to go containers are compostable, which is great! You need to try this place out, you will not regret it!

6 piece Chicken Tenders (6)

Exceptional fried chicken at a good value. Chicken was perfectly cooked, moist with a wonderful spice. Great menu. Right off 495. Lost a star after getting charged $1 for an extra sauce for a twenty piece. Good service. Fast food seating.

I'm give Three stars because the food is very good. Two star lost because of the subpar service. Cashier was very rude, unable to multitask. She was attempting to serve the gentleman next to me and gave him attitude because she got his order wrong. She made me rip open the bag she handed me when i asked for a few ketchups to prove there was none in the STAPLED bag!!! After spending $17 on a meal i think she could have let me go on the ketchup honor system. They do have limited seating if you want to eat in but this is mainly a take out place. Good food but i wouldn't go out my way to return for bad service.

"OG Chicken"
Massimo C.

Tried this place as it was a hot topic on the facebooks. In South Lawrence, right off the highway, so it's pretty safe given the, um, stigma, of Lawrence. I went with the OG Chicken (that's what it's called) as I hadn't ever been there before. The chicken is like double the size of Chick-fil-a sandwich. The chicken is moist too (sorry). The special sauce/mayo is very similar to Chick-fil-a but is white. Crispy tater tots are CRISPY!! So good. The fries are "meh" for me because I'm a French Fry purist and prefer my fries au naturale and these are battered (or floured?). Whatever it is, they are coated. Yes Chicken is Definitely worth a try. I will be back to try a bunch of their other offerings!Chicken SandwichYas Og

Great food! It's always packed since people love it, so service is a tiny bit slow. The workers are friendly and helpful :)

Tastes watered down. REGARDLESS, ALL THE STARS IN THE WORLD for their drinks. The peach shaken ice tea and raspberry rose teas have every complex note they describe. I'm jaded by all the fruity drinks/tea blends out there that are just too sweet and artificial. Nan's makes it perfectly. The white peach actually shines through, which is rare in my experience. The raspberry is REAL. Speaking as someone who enjoys artificial raspberry flavors of jam donuts and bottled ice tea...idk if Nan's makes it for real, but, if so, you can taste it! You still taste the tea, the fruits, the florals, it's not watered down, and best of all--not overtly sweet. Their fruit drinks have the perfect balance. It's genuinely refreshing and delicious. I find myself craving their teas all the time!!

**We found our new favorite spot!**…read more My partner and I stumbled upon Nan's Kitchen and what a delightful discovery it was! As first-timers, we were treated with such warmth and patience by the staff - no pressure, no rush, just genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. We started by sharing the hatch chili farro bowl with roasted cauliflower and hominy, fragrant ginger carrots, and lemon mustard salmon. The tomato harissa sauce and zhoug were absolutely incredible - seriously, these sauces are to die for! Everything was perfectly seasoned and the flavors were so well-balanced. Pictures are not perfect, but the lighting was so warm and comfortable, you will have to excuse them! Halfway through our meal, I spotted they had coconut carrot soup with chickpeas and ginger on the menu and literally ran back to order a cup. We ended up sharing that too, and it was such a smart move - the soup was aromatic and comforting with just the right amount of spice from the ginger. To drink, we had fresh lemonade and iced tea (both perfectly refreshing), and couldn't resist finishing with their banana pudding, which was the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal. What really stood out beyond the exceptional food was how accommodating and friendly the service was. They made splitting dishes feel completely natural and were so welcoming when I dashed back for that soup! The attention to flavor and seasoning here is remarkable - every single component of our meal was thoughtfully prepared. We're already planning our next visit. Nan's Kitchen has absolutely earned a permanent spot on our regular rotation! Highly recommend for anyone looking for fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared food with service that makes you feel like family.

When we were in the process of losing our soul mate of a dog to lung cancer they would go above and beyond for our random orders and would always try to bring a smile to our face when we would pick it up. She wouldn't eat so we would call & ask for plain unseasoned grilled chicken or just bacon or whatever it was they always helped us out. Her last meal was bacon on the beach (her favorite place). Ya know, I once navigated to this place on accident before? Yeah. Still not sure what my GPS was…read moredoing that day. Because I normally go to the one in Salem. But on this day, I thought to myself, "Self, I really hate making that busy-as-hell left turn on South Broadway in Salem. What if we took a journey to the Andover location instead?" And so it was. I enter this cozy little restaurant carefully tucked against a slightly submerged parking garage. Although, I probably shouldn't say "little" because the interior was noticeably larger than its Salem counterpart. It's also noisy AF in there when it gets busier than a New York subway. So naturally, I ordered my usual to-go (a Country Classic with an extra egg and hashbrowns for those who don't know). Only it wasn't *quite* ready on time. Which, to be fair, is kind of a minor point. Thing is, they have to shout your name whenever your order is finally ready. This in and of itself can prove to be quite the challenge when bellowing atop the already roaring crowd of customers impeding the otherwise accessible pickup shelves. I'll do my best to describe the interior since I wasn't really able to take pictures. But try to imagine an L-shaped dining area with the longest part hosting a row of countertop seats facing the windows. Beyond that sits a rather modest dining area with a few more tables. Next to that sits the gender neutral restrooms. It's strange and cramp, particularly when the place is packed tighter than a sardine can. Sufficed to say, I'm not much a fan of the interior design here. Being the partial recluse that I am, I offer the following best practice for a place so riotous: mobile order that shiz, cuh! Seriously. I had to put in my noise cancelling earbuds to appease my misophonia. The good news is....the food is still awesome. The eggs? Creamier than crème fraîche. Taters? Eh, I don't why...but these seemed way more seasoned the very first time I tried them. Fortunately, they actually pair rather well with their refined version of ketchup. The bacon? Well...let's just say I wish it were served well done. Not sure if I'm able to request that. But I'll scope out my options next time and get back to you all. That's it though. Nice place, WAY easier to get to than its Salem counterpart, but a bit too cramp and noisy for my taste which means....I'll likely ever dine in here. It's all good though, because I'm still giving Crack'd Kitchen & Coffee in Andover 4 Country Classics with all the fixins out of 5.

We ordered veggie burgers, which had to cook and weren't ready by the time we got to the single drive-through window. But maybe a milkshake is NOT an ideal stopwatch. :) The food was cooked well, delicious, and the staff courteous. I felt like they were interested in doing more than "their jobs", they wanted to do their jobs well and have a cordial place for people to eat. Also, I did not feel marginalized by the wait staff like I had at other BKs or fast food restaurants--I was even paid a compliment. :D

I could not believe how good it was . It reminded me of back when the fast food first came in and it was very good back in those days . The small value fry had a lot of fries and they were larger than I remember them being. And the hamburger was fresh and hot and the bun was not disgusting in one of them anyways they often are stale partially frozen etc. it was so good I actually went back there about a week later and it was very good that was on the Merrimac ma very much Salisbury mass line I believe it's route 110 . Now onto this dumpy burger king in North Andover. I don't even wanna waste words on them let's just say it was the opposite experience of the one in Salisbury Massachusetts. The food sucked and what's made it worse since they gave him a dollar tip on a five dollar order which is no great shake but it's probably more than they get normally. I think there are about five fries in the small fry. The place in Merrimac was at least double that And the hamburger was cold borderline frozen. I would love to have the opportunity to talk to the rich bastard who probably owns this place and just takes no pride and what they produce there. Comes to count the money I would think and nothing else. God bless America. Reading the terrible reviews of this place I can't believe that corporate doesn't step in and put their foot down. So if there are any people who really like fast food I would suggest you try that Burger King on the Salisbury Merrimac mass line on Route 110 right off of 495. There was a giant Starbucks right near it. I hold no grudge against the Burger King himself I hear he's a nice guy who has been wounded to his soul by the incompetence which surrounds him.
